I have been coming to TMD for quite some time. Charity has always taken care of my concerns. Mindy and the staff are always friendly and helpful. T people that do the injections and blood work are friendly and do a good job. I like them all but I am poor with remembering names. Thank you all for your nice clinic and treatment. DO NOT USE THEM ! They will fill your insurance then bill you for what they say the insurance is not paying for. Called the insurance company and was told I should get a refund. Call tmd and was told it was all lab work , but I got a bill from another lab company. I told the billing department and tried to talk with them and she got upset and mad. I told her I would call firstcare and complain. She said thank you and hung up on me !!! read more

Been using TMD for a good while now. My long-time DrPate recommended them for my continuing health needs. I see Dr Charity twice per year. The team is always prompt getting me in and out and has always been very congenial. Even being conservative with praise I'd still have to award them 5s.. read more

Sloan Teeple, M.D. is a Board-Certified Urologist and expert in Testosterone Deficiency. He is a partner at Amarillo Urology Associates, focuses his practice on Testosterone Replacement Therapy and was personally diagnosed with Low T in 2004. Dr. Teeple trained in Urologic Surgery at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana and attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He met his wife, Susan, while they both attended the University of Texas at Austin.

If the provider missed this deadline, they cannot collect payments for charges after the deadline has passed. The staff is very short and rude over the phone. I had to change doctors to mine leaving. It takes to long to get in and see a dr. They called and change or moved my appointment 3 times. I still have not got see my new dr, its been over a year.
