We made a few minor changes and provided a down payment to lock in a start date. The quote was very reasonable for this project. There was a lot of scraping as the home had not been painted in quite a few years. I handled repairs for any bad boards/trim so that was not part of our quote. They first power washed the home to clean it and remove loose paint. The guys worked hard and showed up on schedule. The weather this year has been miserable (hot, humid) but they worked long hours to complete the job on time - arrived early and stayed late. There were usually 2-3 people on site at any given time. The job was completed on time and as promised - we lost a few days due to bad weather but they were back on site as soon as everything dried out. We had some clean up to do after they left but that was not unexpected given the amount of scraping needed to prep the surface. I would certainly hire them again for future projects.

One of the bedrooms was filled with anchor and bad patch jobs from the previous owner. They look like brand new. Nick, the owner and Phil did a phenomenal job. He patched and sanded the walls. He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.
