Ahhh!! I've been lagging on writing a review. I feel so bad because Anthony and Candy has helped me so much!! Sorry if youre reading this! Haha I've been busy with school and work!!! Anyway, the first time I went here I was with my mom! She knew about this place through her co-workers and they have been persuading her to go to TMN because they say the price is affordable and the workers are very honest and professional! Obviously being that that was my first time there I didnt know what was happening. My mom was the one talking to Candy! Candy is soooo sweet... and she's so soft spoken and is always willing to help and clarify anything and everything!! My mom really likes Candy! Regarding the objective of our going there, I needed insurance for my car because I had just gotten my license and my mom was going to buy insurance for my car. Candy walked through it with us step by step and even took the initiative to make conversations with me and even asked for my thoughts in the process!!!! Even though my mom was there, she treated me like an an adult and even asked for my opinions and acceptance! Im so grateful for TMN!!! As a last resort, I was recommended here by a very good friend of mine whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for the last 10 years. I was scammed from a previous Insurance company and was left with debt. I do not know how many days I have sat in my room upset and in tears because I felt like no one could help me. The first time I stepped foot into TMN's office, I was overwhelmed with emotions. I did not know what to expect but I had hope because it was recommended to me by my good friend. Throughout the meeting, Anthony was very kind and helpful to me. His co-worker Candy was also very wiling to listen and help me as well..I told them my sotry and they assured me that they are very well known and are very professional....I would recommend this to anyone.. Came here to get auto insurance and they had the best rates and service by far. I switched over from farmers because their rates were getting too high. Went to a couple of other places for quotes before coming here and this place gave me the best deal right off the bat. Their service and professionalism is what really made me choose them. They were very knowledgeable and courteous unlike my previous insurance agency. They even offered me fresh squeezed orange juice from a local store next door which I didn't want to take, but they got one for me anyways while I was waiting. I was recommended to go here by a family friend, even though I live about 45 minutes away I decided to make the drive down here and get my insurance through them. I am glad I decided to do so. They really work with you here and make sure they are giving you the plan that fits you the best. I started out putting my own car on here about a year ago and now I have my entire families cars on here along with my house and business. After moving from Mission Viejo to Westminster I wanted to set up my necessities in my local area. So naturally I decided to change my insurance broker. Getting a new house I wanted it to be insured along with my 4 cars. I wanted to keep the same plan I previously had and my same rate. The TMN Insurance staff provided that for me and I am very happy! I was concerned that this area wouldn't provide me with the same customer service that I am used to in Mission Viejo, but I am surprised to say this place did, in fact it was much better! After that I also switch my commercial insurance over too. not only saving money but when an accident happened on 08-02-2011, Tmn helped me to resolve the claim super fast and professional.
