DO plan on wearing a face mask during the process. Dust does fly a little and some lands around the sites worked on. (This will surely happen with *any* HVAC vent cleaning.) They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. Definitely be sure to contact this company for an in-person quote (which some companies do not provide).

Our exterior cedar siding required nailing of many loose boards, replacement of rotten or split boards, and grinding off of old paint. He is a hard-working, knowledgeable and patient man with a steady hand. He is also a master carpenter with all the tools needed for sealing our windows and caulking between each board. Johnny not only painted our house, he restored and preserved it. On the last day, he replaced all our screens after cleaning our windows so our house literally sparkles.
