It was crazy crowded but I was impressed with how cheerful the employees were. My cashier was working very fast but still managed to keep up a pleasant conversation. At each register an employees unloading carts and another employee was loading the carts after the cashiers finished scanning each item. This allowed the checkout lines to move very quickly. Every employee I saw today had a smile and pleasant greeting.

Tried using the APP - cause I I don't have a choice. However, Sams Club app does not work. Can't use gas pumps without a card, the attendant makes you try (after you already did) then they swipe a card. Sams you are not tech savvy. I'm going to Costco.
