This place of service was recommended by someone and that is why I brought my vehicle to be inspected and battery replaced. The battery was replaced but the quality of service was less than satisfactory. I encountered a very unpleasant experience here and that is why I do not recommend this company. The company charge me for something that was supposed to be addressed but evidently not because the next day the engine caught on fire and well, I ended up with a large payment to them for fixing something that was not fixed and then ended up with no vehicle. Had several issues with my vehicle , took to TMT Automotive. Brakes done that ran me 1300.00 earlier this year. My brakes still squeak and lock up , especially when raining. Had an oil change and technician didn't add enough oil when finishing up that I had to buy some oil myself to make the oil light turn off. I would warn others to stay away from this business. I went there to try to get the AC operating in a car I recently bought. They told me I had leaks on the two AC lines and the lines alone would be $400. Their first quote for the total job was $1,000 which the service manager lowered to $850 when I said I could not afford to pay that much. I paid them $130 for their inspection and left. Bought the two lines I needed off of Ebay for under $50 and found a mechanic who got the AC working for $140. TMT has so many poor reviews, this business is definitely a rip-off! Be warned by one more person and stay away from this place!! read more

Work was so bad, a 2nd shop said they were not interested in trying to fix the poor work TMT did to my camaro. I took my camaro back 3+ times and TMT still couldn't get it right. Now I am out over 1k that I paid to have my exhaust done. Very poor work. TMT denied they replaced the headers, the custom headers I had are gone and were replaced with an off brand set. TMT ended up "welding" my headers on, I have never heard of headers being welded on before TMT did work... read more

I took my wife's car in there because it was running rough. They said it needed 6 plugs and one coil. They charged $50 per that I could by OEM for $11 and a set of 6 OEM coils for $149. I complained and Stehpen said that is what they were charged and was flippant and his tone was very condescending. I am a CPA and not stupid - I understand a markup but 400 to 500 % is totally out of line. Being lied to and being treated like an idiot. Will never go back. I am very disappointed in this company I went for an oil change which was great but I was told that after they inspected my car that comes with the oil change that I need $4000 of front end suspension and of course that very high so I went to another automotive center without sayin what was wrong with it just got it checked and I was told something very different that didn't even match up to what I needed done and with that said I decided to get it checked one more time at a 3 automotive place and I was told the same thing the 2nd place I took it to that was only about $500 worth of work i am very appalled by TMT for lying to me that is just so sad that they have the audacity to take advantage of anyone like that had me scared have to death didn't drive my car for 4 days was taking Ubers to work get it together TMT and your owner should be ashamed of himself read more

Don't ever use this place Gave me back my van with burnt out coils to engine and air/heat problems from them trying to run my air when so hot out and wanna charge me and say it's all my fault after Brian there told me they didn't do it on purpose. I just got bill for $7,200 worth of work done there and gave me a vehicle that don't even run and blame it all on me I just catch a break and wanna just give up as I don't know how a company can do this to a person. Im a single mom with 4 kids now trying to work multiple jobs to pay for this with no vehicle and bill for $7,200 for nothing Plus the guy Brian had the nerve to laugh on the phone with me when I'm crying and frustrated with it all aster saying they didn't mean to do it, so asked to talked to manager after that, but all I got was attitude and no help at all. Definitely don't recommend anyone there especially any person that don't understand stuff as they'll lie to you, take your money, and laugh at you. I'm glad I believe in karma as this is just so messed up, I would never expect this from an actual business. Took my 1963 Dodge into what I thought was Dales Automotive as I have done the past couple of years before putting it into storage for the winter. Found out Dale had retired and TMT purchased his business and kept all the mechanics. Needed an oil change and had issue with steering. Mechanic within a few minutes determined the steering box was loose and would need bolts tightened. For the oil change I requested a specific oil and filter be used. This did not happen, they used another type oil and filter and because there was a steering issue determined it needed a full inspection. Just what checking all the lights, signals tires and 20 other things have to do with the steering, I have no idea. They stood by what the did to my vehicle and I walked out $330.00 poorer. Never was I contacted and asked if it was ok to use other product or what their inspection would cover or cost. Ripped me off completely. Will not be back or recommend to anyone. read more

Sorry I cannot recommend them--overpriced --bought into the car care club last year--went back just to get my free oil change and wiper blades--3 hrs later (too long) and 2 light bulbs changed--also have problem with front tire bought new last year--1st they said there was a problem with it--then when I asked them to replace the tire--now there is no problem---wheel vibrates going down the road--almost feels like a busted belt--or tire is out of balance-----they did not check!!!! ----tires under warranty--they did not honor---also quoted outrageous price for brakes with free pads for just rear----I had to laugh-I had all 4 done a couple years ago by someone else plus pads for less than half of what they quoted me I will never go back again!!!--They did nothing to make my tire right--So now I will have to take it elsewhere..Seems to me they are more out to make the money than they care about the customer--There is a sucker born everyday but they won't get me twice! read more

My husband took my Jeep to TMT to get a hole in the tire patched. He had already removed the tire and the ONE nail prior to taking it in. He had also soaked the tire to confirm there was only ONE puncture. TNT said they couldn't patch the hole because there was actually two holes 2.5 inches apart and that we would need to buy a new tire. They tried to sell us a tire for $200. My husband called them on their BS and told them to just give the tire back. When they gave it back it had the original hole then also a VERY OBVIOUS large hole two inches away that looked like to it had been drilled into the tire. The staff told my husband he couldn't prove it and to take it up with Tony. TWO MONTHS later (and several emails, phone calls and stopping by the shop) and Tony absolutely refuses to even listen to what happened to us. I just went through an overnight snowfall of almost 8 inches and then freezing rain in Michigan but I was able to safely navigate roads (as well as get out of Hotel parking lot).
