Then I emailed their Gmail address directly...another week without a response. Then I called & spoke to a Drew. He said he saw the emails but never got around to answering them. He said he'd call back with a price. Another week without a reply. Had to call again and make him quote while I waited. I have no idea why getting a quote was so difficult. After waiting three weeks for a quote, I had to wait another three weeks for an appointment. I was ready to bail out but the reviews were very good and they're only 5 minutes away so I gave them a shot. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that the spark plugs would need to be replaced in the near future. Drew made a note and said he'd call or email with a quote for that. It's been 10 days so I doubt that quote is ever coming either. As far as I can tell the work was fine. Getting the quote was the difficult part. If a company isn't setup to respond to internet requests, that's fine...but they have to remove that option from their site if they're just ignoring them. I wasn't going to publish this review but the owner requested it. So here it is. Maybe I caught them during a really bad month? UPDATE - Used them a 2nd time (was sure to call this time vs email) to replace the hard to access spark plugs and they called to tell me that the plugs had already been replaced by the previous owner and that there was no need and would be no charge. Many places would have just replaced them needlessly or at least charged a fee to check them. Was very impressed!

His solution to fixing your problem right the first time (His Slogan) is to do it over and over and over again, all the while charging you more and more and more money and still not fixing the problem. He had the vehicle for almost 3 months, charged approximately 2,500 and never fix the problem and never returned all of the parts that he supposedly replaced and didn't get permission on some repairs that he supposedly did make. BEWARE !!!

Benz Tech fit that bill . In addition they have great customer service . Needed the B6 service for my car and Kevin got back to me timely with a written quote sent via text .. No surprises! And guess what they didn't find I needed a 1k or more repair on something unrelated to the B6 service. I even got to use my credit card without being told there would be a 3 Percent charge !!
