The ice sculpture was beautiful, and HUGE. It incorporated our names and the date of the wedding and people kept commenting on how impressive it was. I can see now why the Crowne Plaza uses them for all of their ice sculptures and frozen bars during other events. They are very talented and the ice sculpture at our wedding added an elaborate touch.

Erica responded to my inquiry within hours and got on the phone with me to make sure she and her team were a good fit. Once our conversation was over, I knew with no doubts that I wanted Infinite Events to take part in our day. I then met with Casey who instantly made me feel like I am the only bride that matters. I worked closely with Casey for the remaining 2 months and she was always a phone call away if I had any questions. Casey was present to assist during our rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the morning of the wedding, Casey showed up to my hotel room early to assure that everyone was getting ready on time. Once you get over the spookiness of Party City (it somehow reminds me of a zombie apocalypse?) you can really make use of this silly place. As an event planner, I can generally rely on Party City to have many of the bits & bobs I need to add razzle dazzle to my events. Pink cowboy hat? Check. Gift bags in every color of the rainbow? Check. Plastic table cloths? Check. Balloons? Check. Let's talk about the balloons in particular, though. There are a few balloon options: 1 - Buy a package of balloons & have them fill them up behind the counter. They charge a filling fee. 2 - Bring in your own balloons & have them fill them up behind the counter. They charge a filling fee. 3 - Buy a package of balloons & fill it up elsewhere. You can buy a portable helium tank & fill them up at home, if you'd like. 4 - Buy one of their fancy balloons behind the counter & they'll fill it up. The cost of filling is included in the fancy balloon's price. I've tried every single on of these options. Recently, I indulged in #4 & it was ... not worth it. My big, shiny, fancy rainbow balloon made it 30 seconds out of the store until the wind ripped it off the ribbon it was (not so) secured to & it absconded into the sky. I had to laugh. Okay, anyways.
