I met John exactly 12 years ago in a moment of desperation, my car had just broke down down the road. I was walking to find an auto shop , and destiny brought me to TNH and John. I'll never forget that day, John was very kind. Honest and helpful. He found what was wrong with my car and fixed it. He could easily have added a ton of other things to upsell me, but he didnt. He told me what exactly was wrong and exactly what my car needed. That first impression left a mark on me. Since then I have gone to John TNH for whatever my cars have needed. Oils changes, transmission work, belts and timing belts, tune ups, sensors, A.C issues with my cars and also suspension issues, John has worked on everything. Even for advise on how to do work on my cars on my own I have gone and asked John. Hes always been there for any question I've had. It's hard to find people like John , specially in this field. I'm thankful I met John, there is no one I would trust more than John working on my cars. John is an awesome trustworthy person (AMAZING MECHANIC) who I recommend to anyone having automobile issues. I want the repair/maintenance shop I go to give me confidence that my car is reliable, safe and trouble free. I've been a customer of TNH for over 10 years. Saab, BMW, Chrysler Town and Country, Toyota, Kia and, new for me, 2006 Nissan Murano. I bought the Murano privately and brought it to TNH first thing. John checked everything and said I needed spark plugs. "Oil is clean, don't change it." "Other fluids were ok too." "You'll need 2 front tires soon you can get them at tire place". Even something small like a fuse for power outlet was repaired. The cap for washer fluid reservoir was missing. He poked around and put a new one on. The same type of service happened with my other cars too. The shop is clean and well organized... a sign of a professional. Repairs are done on time. Thank you Jean! I'm lucky to have a couple people I can count on when it comes to my cars. Jean is one of them. He replaced all the motor mounts in my mom's car. He made it seem too easy. At first I thought The problem was with the transmission. The car felt very jerky. He diagnosed it, and to my delight it was only the engine mounts. He replaced them in one day and the car drives like new again. Great service every time. read more

I hate when i have to take my car to the mechanics somehow someway it gets worse, but not in this case. before going here i red some reviews and i liked what i saw, not only that it was about 8 min away from my house. i went over there and talked to john he was very sweet and kind, i told him here was something wrong my with my brakes. he told me to wait for 30 mins, it took him 20 mins and he gave me a free oil change. the price was good great place and awesome mechanic. read more

Was referred to this place from a friend. My Jetta was having an electrical issue that a previous mechanic couldn't figure out. John was able to figure out the issue in less then 48 hours, and charged my almost half of what my previous mechanic had quoted. Needless to say, I gave him the green light. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could! I started dealing with him after my neighbor referred me to him. He has gone to this mechanic for the last 30 years and said he is an honest as the day is long and since I have been going to him, I can vouch for that one! He is wonderful to work with and very helpful. He cares about the quality of his work and he doesn't try to upsell you on services you don't need or can't presently afford, which is my current situation. I bought myself a little old 1999 Honda CRV off of CL, as that was the only way I would ever be able to afford an SUV any other way. We are working through the long list of things it needs to get done and they get done in the order of priority and as as I get the money. He is very well priced compared to the boutique mechanic we had before, and it looks like that guy was upselling me on stuff I didn't really have to do. So that said, I am thrilled to know this man and he is a joy to work with and I recommend his work one thousand percent! You will not be sorry if you decide to go to him. read more
