Tanya is amazing! I have gotten my eyelashes done before but this was the first time it was one well. Tanya was very patient, considerate, and informative. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She makes appointments with her very comfortable. She has a "Club" kind of thing, where if you plan on getting continued services from her, you save a lot of money over time. I originally started seeing Tanya because of a Groupon, (and bought hers because of the rave Yelp reviews) and I am sold! I will continue to come to her for all of my eyelash extensions. She has a great online appointment system too, where you can make, or cancel appointments, and see all available. So if you realize you need a fill at two am, you can go ahead and make an appointment. It's super convienent. As long as I live in San Diego, I will be going here. They also have a variety of services at this location, like teeth whitening and hair services, which I also plan to try sometime. Also, everyone else who works there has been nothing but kind, friendly, and professional. if you do choose this salon though, I just warn you to go in enough time to find parking. My experience was wonderful! I messed up and didn't read the fine print of groupon but I guess you can't use more than one groupon at the same place per year. I had bought a second one after my first time cause I loved the lashes so much. It was totally my fault but margareta still saw me even though the groupon didn't work and was so sweet and made me feel so loved and welcome! I get my eyelash extensions done here. Tanya is awesome! I highly recommend her. Not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for. :-). I also recommend you buy the sleep mask if you're a side sleeper like me. Wearing it at night stops your lashes from getting smashed and helps them last longer. Just had permanent eyeliner don by Tanya as part of the Groupon deal she offered. She did a fabulous job and she was very mindful of both making sure I was comfortable (aka lots of numbing) and ensuring that the job was exactly what I wanted. I got a Groupon for this place, 35 dollar eyelash extensions. You get what you pay for. Although the costumer service was outstanding the service and product are not. I asked the esthetician how long would they last and she answered 2 to 3 weeks before you start noticing you need a fill. Tomorrow will be a week with them on and almost all have fallen. Got a group on for the eyelashes, Nicole put them on, she was sooo sweet and made it comfortable to have your eyes closed for an hour haha. Unfortunately, they all fell off! I had them on for a week and did everything they told me to. Slept on my back, used an oil free face wash, and never touched them. I bought this on groupon 40 natural synthetic lashes, and was very happy of how natural they looked,but i went home and decided i wanted a little more fuller look since you cant wear mascara so i made an appt for two days later that same week and was adding 10 more lashes per eye. I told the lady i saw one fall out but she actually said no you are missing 10 ,i thought 10! In 1 day and i had not even put any water around my eye,I appreciate that she was honest but i was not happy i ended up adding basically 5 to the left eye and 10 to the right eye.The result was good i was happy but by sat that i was going to a wedding i had seen about 8 lashes fall out again .I did not wet my face for 24 hours and did not apply any product to me eyes or rubbed them so iam not very happy how only the first week i lost so many lashes .I will probably not be coming back for any fills. read more

She walked me through everything she was doing (I was a little weirded out with my bottom lashes being taped down lol) My lashes lasted a good 4 1/2 weeks before getting them filled. I was very very pleased with how they turned out. When I got them filled I went to the La Mesa location cause it was closer to me at that time. I can't remember the girl's name who did them but she was just as great! It's been over a month and I'm just now losing some of them and needing a fill. I've been getting eye lash extensions for over a year now and the lady I normally go to at another place wasn't available so I went to TNN beauty in Del Mar. I paid for the dramatic lashes and they barley put any on me. After my appointment my eyes swelled up and were extremely itchy. After my experience, Tanya from TNN personally contacted me, expressing her apologies and offering to re-do my eyelashes free of charge. I have been wanting to get my eyelashes done for about 2 years now. I chose TNN as my first choice to my lashes because of good reviews and they were offering a groupon of 66.50 for Hybrids. I had Tanya the shop owner and she asked what kind of look I wanted. I explained I wanted something natural looking but bold and stood out where I didn't have to wear mascara. she had mentioned a "membership" to me and said she will fill my lashes really well. So I was expecting a completely different look.My lashes look like I put on my own fake lashes and super thin. the only thing that looks different at all is the length! At the end she charged me 145!!! and i asked is that including the membership she told me about and she said no! I am not happy with my lashes at all and the price was ridiculous. I fell like because she knew it was my first time and not so much knowledge to lashes she took advantage. DONT GO HERE! for the price of 145 you can get wayyyyyy better read more
