I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience.
