They did come out Sunday morning. Michael the technician was very knowledgeable and skilled. He even fixed another power issue I had while he was here (in for a penny, in for a pound). The downside is the cost, I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere, but I wasn't aware the service call charge of $125.00 is not put toward the repair cost (as other repair places do). Or that Sunday counts as a higher "emergency call" charge. The technician has you sign his tablet as he proceeds with jobs, so no one can say they didn't agree to things. A superb job was done by Michael, but over $500.00 at the end of the work, ugh! And it would have been even higher had I not agreed to their 1 year electrical repair program for $8.95 a month. Signing up for this brought the Sunday cost down significantly though. All in all quality work, but I started out just trying to find an electrician who could fix a wall outlet, on my only day off from my job, for less then what Mister Sparky cost me.

**Review for Mister Sparky Electric August 16, 2026**…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but what happened with Mister Sparky Electric needs to be public so other customers don't go through what I did. Mister Sparky Electric originally came to my home on July 7, 2026 to install a GFI breaker. That was the only reason for the appointment. When they arrived, the technician, Angel, told me my surge protector was "out of date" and "doing me no good." I told him I hadn't had any problems, and he said, "Yes, you will." He then started showing me different surge protector options, beginning with the cheapest and working his way up to what he called "their best one." I told him I would look into it while he went to get the breaker he needed to install. During that time, I found out the surge protector he was calling "their best" was not theirs at all -- it was a third‑party product. Mister Sparky Electric simply attached their own "lifetime $100,000 warranty" to it. When I confronted Angel, he admitted it wasn't their product and that the warranty was something they put on top of it. I agreed to the installation because I was sold on the idea of a lifetime warranty. Angel told me I would receive an email within four to five business days explaining all the warranty details -- what is covered, what is not, how long the coverage lasts, and what the lifetime $100,000 warranty actually means. I never received anything. I asked Angel three different times about the missing documentation. Each time he said he would "get right on it," and each time nothing happened. I also called Mister Sparky Electric four separate times. Every person I spoke with told me they would send the warranty information right away. Again, nothing ever arrived. After more than a month of waiting, the only thing I finally received on August 11, 2026 was a single sheet of paper listing the product names and the phrase "lifetime $100,000 warranty." No explanation, no terms, no coverage details, no exclusions, no claim process, no manufacturer information, no serial numbers, no technician signature, nothing. This is not a warranty. This is not documentation. This is not what they promised. At this point, I have had enough of Mister Sparky Electric. Writing this review is the only option I have left to try to get the documentation they promised from the beginning. I am not going to go round and round with them again. They have wasted over a month of my time, ignored multiple messages and phone calls, and never once apologized for their lack of communication or follow‑through. Right now, I still have no written warranty terms for the breaker or the surge protector. That means if something fails, Mister Sparky Electric can say whatever they want, and I have no proof of what they promised. That is exactly why I asked for proper documentation from the beginning, and why I still need it. Mister Sparky Electric's communication, follow‑through, and customer service have been terrible. Once they had my money, it felt like I didn't matter anymore. I strongly recommend that other customers think twice before doing business with them.
