DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dont let the price be the reason you book with this unreliable company. I wish I would of read reviews before booking but when I got a message from this company after yelp sent a blast of messages out for me I was happy with the price and today is moving day and guess who isnt showing up and says they have me down for a different day YEAH RIGHT! This company should not even be in business! Moving is stressful enough, thank god for last minute assistance from Legacy Moving, Price is more expensive but worth it to know someone will actually be here. If I could give zero stars I would. ZERO STARS. I had a scheduled move and this company let me know at the time that they should have arrived, that their truck didn't start and that they're cancelling. They offered no other solution aside from rescheduling. If you've ever moved before, you'd know that moving deadlines are firm and not changeable especially leaving an apartment. I cannot fathom the lack of service and communication that this company has offered. I will never use this service or recommend this company to anyone. read more

This is the message I received from TNT Junk Removal and Moving just one hour before they were to arrive at my house to begin moving my belongings: Hi Debra this it Jerry with tnt junk removal and moving LLC. Can we try to reschedule for tomorrow? I'm sorry but I had a couple guys not come in and we have a full schedule today. This was my response: Hi Jerry - It's unfortunate that your guys did not show up today. I hope you understand that your agreement to move my stuff is part of your full schedule. You have an obligation to fulfill your commitment to and contract with me. Please send a truck and at least 2 guys to move my stuff ASAP. This was the unprofessional response from Jerry: Like I said we are sorry we could not make it today that was not are intentions. Unfortunately for Jerry, what matters are the consequences, not the intentions. If you are in the service industry, you honor your commitment and make it work, no matter what. Jerry could have borrowed some workers from "manny with tru moving" (Jerry's text) instead of telling me to call Manny and negotiate a commitment. We have had a horrible experience with this company! They damaged some of my daughters furniture and belongings, and one of their movers actually stole some thing! When I talked to the manager, he promised to make it right and compensate us for the damages if we would send him close-up pictures from all angles, which we did. However, he still refused to make it right, and completely stopped responding to our text messages to avoid having to deal with it. This company is dishonest and unethical, and I would recommend you stay away from them completely! It's not worth having your things stolen or damaged and then being ignored as a result, rather than doing the right thing. If I could leave them zero stars, I would because that would be appropriate for the service we received. read more

I've used TNT twice and both times they were very quick to respond and get onsite. The first time we used them, the quote they supplied us with was what we paid. The second time I had them come out was for a bunch of branches Xcel had left. I sent one photo and received a low quote, that I was actually shocked by. Once they were onsite, they reached out quickly to let me know that it was going to be more expensive because it was much more than they were anticipating, based off the one photo I supplied (that was my bad). I agreed with them, there was more than what the picture led them to believe and we came to an agreeable amount. They were there in less than 24 hours after sending in the request! I would recommend TNT! Be sure you communicate your needs, take some decent photos, and give a time frame and they can work with you quickly! read more

Please stay away from these guys unless you're an angry ex seeking revenge. They caused major damage to my property, and even acknowledged the damage but when it came time to fix it, they dropped off the map. Wouldn't respond to my requests. I needed to get rid of a couch and chair. They gave me a quick estimate and I was able to make an appointment the next morning. I had a very simple move across town so I figured I'd request quotes for the least expensive company instead of renting a Uhaul and moving my couch, two chairs and storage bins. From the day I booked with Jerry, communication was poor and I actually reached out three times to confirm the date and time. The day of the move, the movers arrived an hour late and I was the one who had to call and ask where they were. They were fine, however, I had everything ready to go for them--I wrapped up my rugs, stacked my storage boxes and put everything by the front door. They took a break after 25 mins and left their trash on our front lawn and driveway. They couldn't figure out how to move the couch from the basement up the stairs. My fiancé moved it down there himself and said it'd be easier with two people so it was disappointing they couldn't/wouldn't do it. I moved it up the stairs myself the next day easily and I'm a thin female. The location we were driving to was about 30 mins away and both the movers knew how to get there and one said he lived in the area which was interesting because they somehow took 50 minutes to get there and used their "GPS" even after I told them exactly how to get there and they knew exactly where it was. To top it all off, when I went to pay over the phone, I was quoted a flat minimum rate which I expected to pay. I chose this company because every other quote had additional fees etc and when I spoke to Jerry personally on the phone regarding my move, he said there were no additional fees or expenses, just the flat minimum moving fee. He was extremely rude on the phone and of course there were more charges he "told" me about on the phone which he absolutely did not otherwise I would've gone with one of the other companies I received quotes from. I was so annoyed at this point I just said fine and gave him my credit card info...not once, not twice but four times and then he demanded I go to an ATM and pay them cash. I refused to do that and called my CC company. Jerry imputed my information wrong FOUR times so my card was flagged for fraud. After twenty minutes sorting it out with my credit card company, I told Jerry perhaps he should write down my information on a piece of paper so it doesn't happen again. And it worked fine. Long story short if you need some light weight trash hauled and want to pay cash to unreliable and incompetent people, you're probably fine using TNT junk removal and moving. read more
