This company is a scam. We ordered clickers from them. I informed them they was only in town for a few days. He never reached out to let me know he had received them. I reached out and he had them. I informed him we were leaving the following morning at 8 and he said he wasn't open till 11. I told him I could have a friend pick them up and mail them. She reached out to him and he said that she could come on any of her days off from 11-7. She showed up around 3 and he wasn't there. She reached out, no response for hours. I messaged him on Facebook, he read it and ignored it for hours. I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to have my friend keep trying to meet him and wasting time and gas. He refused. We followed the times he said and he didn't follow through on what he said. Overall we are out $100 all because he can't stay open during his own business hours. Don't use them, you will get screwed. Also him mailing the key doesn't change the fact that I paid to have him program the key along with the keys, this company is only going to scam you! read more

Ryan came out tonight to make a key for my car since I had lost mine last Friday. Not only was the price INSANELY reasonable; but my car was very difficult to work with and it took him 2 hours (much longer than it should have) because of MY car and it's own faults. He was efficient and more knowledgeable than any other mechanic I've worked with (which is saying a lot as I've lived in 7 different states!). He had to do a lot of extra work to make the key and make sure the chip worked correctly for my car. For some reason, the service in my complex was so awful his hot spot was barely working. When I offered for him to use a wifi hot spot pass I could buy, he politely refused (I'm assuming because he didn't want me to waste any money just for this job) even though was going to buy the wifi pass for myself anyways! He was very polite, personable, funny, and friendly! Also, for all the hassle he probably could have charged me extra for; he didn't! That shows me he's a professional who truly loves his work and cares for his customers. He also didn't make me feel guilty at ALL and assured me it was fine! I'm grateful TNT Locksmith was the first business that popped up on Google, and I will be going back anytime I need work done (like making a remote for my car in the near future!). Totally unprofessional. Left me stranded. Called and talked to him Thursday evening for an ignition cylinder repair on my Honda. Was told that he couldn't come out until the next morning at 10am. So next morning I waited and waited. He didn't answer numerous calls and texts. I called Bryant about a door lock issue at a rental property. He was able to fit us in next day. He texted when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was unable to replace lock due to door being over 25 years old and cut to fit that type lock/handle only. He did a temporary fix so tenant is now able to open from inside. (safety issue) Bryant called and clearly explained the issue and offered solutions as well as a referral to someone else for door replacement. TNT Locksmith, Bryant is really good, kind, thorough and just a wonderful edition to our community. Walked in, told him my key fob had stopped working and he quickly figured out the problem, and fixed it and didn't charge me, warned me that if it quick working again (short in emergency button) i would need new fob. Given a little over a month (it gets used a lot) it stopped working. Bryant ordered a new fob (after market) for a good price and re-set my car and both my fobs so it all worked. Well beyond what I know how to do. I also had keys made for my storage, and had this personal alarm system that I am happy to own right now. This is from about 3-4 different visits.
