I have been a customer for years. It is the staff that makes all the difference. I had an oil change last Saturday. Eric was just amazing. He helpful informative and works so hard to to give the customer the best options. I was little disappointed. I mentioned that I my passenger headlight was out. I came into get a break inspection done and was given the terrible news of needing all 4 new rotors and pads but the staff made this a million times less painless and was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. They ordered the parts and managed to get my car done in less than 24 hours basically and did an amazing job! Got tires here in 2022 and this is my second time coming back in for a tire repair and they honor their word, free of charge. People working the desk are super friendly. Bonus....they've got wall calendar's available for only 2.50 each of all the classics and one free available per customer. I just moved to Tacoma WA from Los Angeles CA beginning this year and I drove my car over to my new place instead of shipping it. I knew before I did the long drive I had to get a thorough inspection of my vehicle and just got all of my tires replaced... for the past month I've noticed my tire pressure monitor always on, and luckily I am equipped with an automatic tire pressure gauge and compressor. I've noticed that my rear passenger tire is the one that's been giving me fits... I've decided to drop my car off to this place since it's conveniently 2 mins away from where I live and it has really positive reviews. I dropped off my car immediately when they opened so there was not much traffic going on. I was advised by the mechanic to check in the front desk and I waited for about 10 mins.. I was greeted and helped by Mike who firstly apologized for the wait.. there were three workers there working and were on the phone and honestly I told Mike no need to apologize since the wait wasn't that long. My first impression from this initial greeting is that the customer service at this place is already top notch. I gave Mike my vehicle information and he set up an account for me since this was my first visit. Once I was advised to wait in the waiting area, I waited for as long as 15 mins until I was told that my vehicle was ready. There was a nail stuck at the tire that has been giving me problems and they told me they took care of it and didn't even charge me for that. I value that in an auto body shop. Especially when you bring your vehicle in, and if you are not versed with car mechanical jargon, you are basically at the mercy of the professionals. This shows me that this business is honest, reliable and most importantly friendly. I will now bring my vehicle at this business for everything moving forward and I want to commend the team at T&T for displaying excellent customer service. The guys at T & T gave me back the fun in driving my baby. I had replaced the the control arms on my 1955 Chevy last winter. When the weather became nice enough I took it to the local tire shop to have it aligned and even after the second attempt the car was a danger to drive. A close friend had his 59 MGA worked on by the T & T guys and he was pleased and he told me to give them a try before I ripped out the new parts to try again. I took my flat repair to T&T which was highly recommended by a good friend. My flat was on a Pirelli RunFlat tire and as it turns out my tire was damaged more from being under inflated and needed to be replaced. Michael gave me the update and was totally informative about it. It was a no brainer after he showed me the damage and said even though they don't stock Pirelli he would try to get the tire the next day. What I loved about T&T unlike other big name places they don't try to sell you extras, or they make you have to buy all new tires because of some reason they'll find. Michael was straight up and great to deal with and just really wanted to get me on my way. The tire came the next day but I had it installed the following morning which turned out perfect. This was revealed to me by Fleetline Automotive owner (Jeff) at about 5:30 pm. My father worked at this T&T Tire back in the day. My wife purchased her tires from this location. I went in the store and explained that I needed some new tires for my car but knew nothing of the subject. The gentleman wasn't 'rude' perse, he just seemed to have very little care. When asked what tires he recommends he lazily pointed in the direction of a display of about 4-5 tires. When asked what the different tread patterns do I was told "It's for water"..... I asked for some prices and he printed some ancient primitive receipt and scribbled a model of tire on the receipt... Welp, with such detailed explanations and warming conversation I decided that was my cue to leave. My experience wasn't HORRIBLE, it just wasn't a place I wanted to drop hundreds of dollars. I could give 10 stars if I could. I took the rubicon in today because my OeM gauges notified me of low psi in one of my tires. This happened recently once before and I put air in the same tire so I knew something was up with the tire. This place closes at 6pm I came in straight after work at 5:10pm. I know I was that customer coming in right before close. I had to get it looked at today. I pull up and instantly, Michael was outside helping another customer and he held the door for me to get into the store. Such nice manners. I explain to Michael what's going on and he's like don't worry about it, let us take a look and took less then 2 mins to get registered and they took the Jeep up to take a look. Within not even 20 mins Michael comes back and says yea there's a huge screw or something in the tire that's low psi and fortunately it's repairable. Great. He's like, it'll be fixed in 2 mins and you'll be ready to go. He also explains to me that the service engine light might be on according to this mileage grid table he had and let me know that I should drive at a lower speed until the repair glue is dried. I said cool. Went up to get rang out and he's like "we got you". I'm like what do you mean, and Michael said we got this repair covered for you. We value you as a customer and would love for you to return for future repairs. I'm like wow. Never have I ever went to a place where there's no hassle and the first repair is covered. Shout out to Michael and the repair guy (didn't catch his name). I came straight here after a long day and they totally made it so simple and fast and efficient. A few months ago. I went to T&T to have a screw taken out of my wife's truck and to have the tire patched. When it was all done the rep (Dwayne) said that there was no charge but to just keep them in mind if I needed tires. Fast forward to today and my truck needed new front tires so I went back to T&T and ended up buying a new set of XD rims and along with new tires. Dwayne was still there and helped me once again. Went there for an oil change. They claimed that I needed brake pads and rotors replaced, brake fluid swapped and also told me tire air pressure sensors needed to be replaced. I had them do all except for the sensors and I've been driving around with the sensor light on for a little while assuming that they were telling me the truth. Today I filled the air in my tires myself and found out that the sensors are just fine. As far as I'm concerned this tire shop allowed me to drive out of their shop with low air in my tires hoping that I would come back and buy sensors from them instead of having the decency to just refilling the air. Now I'm wondering if I ever needed the rotor replacement or the brake fluid swap, can't trust anyone these days. read more

Went to T&T to buy chains. Had to attend a funeral in eastern Washington. I chose T&T not because they were a great deal, but because they fixed my flat tire so quickly earlier in the year, even though it was no charge. So I bought a set of chains (cables) and rather than asking my tire size, he went out and looked himself.came back and said they were in stock and wanted to pull the car in to be sure they fit. Not only did he put them on, he also taught another service person how, so I would watch it twice. So here we are passing North Bend and the snow started. Chains were required for all vehicles, so out I go, put on my gloves and mat (which was suggest by T&T) put those babies on in less than 5 min! We were in snow all the way into Yakima, and those chains did awesome. What could have been a difficult and frustrating situation, the quality and brand they sold me were a perfect fit for my needs.
