They have no regards for my yard. They tore up my sitting area where I had an outdoor carpet, ran their lawnmowers over it. The yard waste was blown all into my garden. They have broken my sprinkler heads numerous times they blew all the cut grass all over my front door, my screen, my porch and in my garden, thank God, I was out there this Wednesday when they came to make sure it didn't happen again and I did video what they were doing. Jason and his team have always done a great job, big or small for me and my properties. Over the years, we've had them do lawn service as well as winterization. We had the crew out this week to trim back our perennials for the winter, including large Russian sages and a butterfly bush that's turned into a tree. Trimmed everything back, cleaned up a lot of leaves left over and left the yard looking great. Highly recommend their service. Professional, courteous and easy to deal with. read more

Worked to get a quote, had someone come out to my house to look over the work to be done and get a quote then schedule work but the guy couldn't even be bothered to return a call, text, or email for over a month to when get a price. Not sure why anyone would do business with these guys with the abysmal communication they have with customers. Maybe their work is amazing, but looking at these reviews I doubt it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. When spending $5-10k or more and they can't when be bothered to return a call, it's time to look elsewhere. read more

One of their drivers almost killed me on McCarran yesterday. He was in a left turn only lane, stopped, waiting to turn at Greensburg Circle. As I was passing him, he decided that wasn't his turn and he just wheeled back into the fast lane. I cut the wheel, narrowly missing a car next to me in the slow lane and just managed to get around him without plowing into him at 55 mph. He then proceeded up to Plumas St. and made a left there. Called these guys to do some yard cleanup...I came home to a yard that looked exactly like it did when I left, only to be told that the work was done. I was charged several hundred dollars but had to dispose of yard waste and re-mow my own lawn. Awful. Do not use. read more

One word - Inconsistent! I've had them out to my yards 2x a year for many years and I never know what I'm going to get or what will be left undone. Every time I have to go back and forth with Jason about the quality; I'm not asking for much - just consistency. Fall and Spring clean up that is the same and complete each time. I also just got a bill for almost $1000.00 stating 10 hours of work and 12 at another property. I was there while the guys did the work - first off they come over and sit on my back furniture for about 30-40 minutes - then they start the work and are here for 1.5 hours. Not sure how that equates to 12 hours of man time? Give me a break - not sure if the other reviews are for someone else - but these guys are ridiculous - not using them anymore. read more

TNT is hands down the best we have in Reno. They truly care about their customers, and the community. I started using them when I needed a retaining wall that was falling over, fixed. I was completely impressed by the workmanship, the speed, and the value. So, I started having TNT maintain my yards when my schedule was too hectic, and my yards were so nice. The best in my culda-sac. TNT has always been available when I have a question and need a professionals opinion. I had a gate issues, where, the post broke out of the cement. I was going to cut out the cement and start over, and TNT came by and explained the correct way to do it. They had it done in no time flat, and it is better than it ever was. Last month, big winds bend my fence, that connects my yard, and my neighbors yard. I asked TNT if they could take a look at it, and then fix it up. I asked my neighbor if he minded if they came into his yard to fix it from that side. Unbelievably, I came home from work, and my fence was in perfect order. Super strong posts. I don't have to worry about the high wind I get on that side of the house now. There are always things that need to be fixed as a homeowner that sometimes I cannot do myself, or lack the time. This is not a review of the company's work, but their responsiveness. I called approximately three weeks ago to try and obtain a quote. I followed the prompt and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. It was about a week later that I received a phone call from someone. He was very pleasant and I gave him my address and described what I was looking for. He said that he or someone would be by to look things over and then they would be in touch with a quote. Now, its been about two weeks since that call and I still have not heard anything back. I'm not sure if he forgot, or if maybe the work I need done isn't what they specialize in. Either way I'm disappointed. They had such great reviews and I was looking forward to having my property maintained as it was the first step in a larger improvement project. read more

Jason, the owner, came out and looked over my yard the same day I called him. A bid for the work was also given to me the same day. As a customer, I really appreciate that. I needed junipers trimmed, and there were a lot of them. My main concern were the junipers around the house, since painters were getting ready to paint. I also had him give me a bid on another area of less concern. When the bid came in, it was higher than I thought, but that is because the other area covered with junipers was a big area and demanded a lot more work. Jason was very understanding and rebid the project and gave me a new quote for just the junipers around the house. Jason's skill as a business person to understand the client's budget and work with them is commendable. When his crew arrived, they did a great job, they communicated with me throughout the trimming process so I would be pleased. They worked hard and fast, did a great cleanup job and hauled away all the cuttings. I was very happy; if I find myself with a few extra bucks, I'll give TNT a call back and have them do the other junipers. read more

This company is top notch. I called and Jason got back to me immediately with an estimate. He explained that they would be doing my lawn on Monday's, but they would make an effort to get the lawn done for the first time, the next day, as it was getting pretty long. I came home and they were just finishing. The lawn and yard looks fantastic. Better than it has in years. I think we now have the best looking yard in the neighborhood.
