Everything went very quickly even with the clients out numbering the technicians. I got anxious when they switched around from client to client since I had chemicals and dye to deal with for my procedure, but they knew what needed to be done and still did solid work. My husband called on May 14th (yes, 2 weeks) since I always forgot to call due to busy work, got in touch with her and he was told she's gonna give an extra service for free ( which was a suprise at that moment), and the reason I didn't get a respond is her assistant was not doing her job and she would call us back. After that call, till all day today 5/15, no call back. My husband tried to call 3 times during the day with voice messages, no respond. So, I suggest NOT BOOKING WITH HER.
