I have been traveling and using their services since around 2014 or 2015 on a yearly basis. I've sailed from numerous ports and have done flyovers. Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. I went to Abu Dhabi, Old Dubai tour, New Dubai tour, and Dune Bashing and dinner in the dessert. Rode a camel and a henna tattoo. This trip was worth every penny. The pick-up location address on a map shows the entry point east of the under bridge parking... (via walking directions on Google map). The actual pick up point was at the West end / back of the parking lot. We wondered past it thinking a pavilion was the parking ... then back to the lot & saw several people headed yo the pick up location st the end of the lot.

They got us a great spot by peanut island near a really good reef for snorkeling. They had a speaker on the boat but instead of using it with a microphone to tell the "guided tour" it was used to play loud music and on a very rare occasion the young man serving drinks would point to a house and say something that you couldn't hear because the music was louder and he mumbled while pouring drinks. Instead of taking a moment to lower the music, gather our attention, and give scripted information with volume and detail. In addition because it wasn't Season there weren't any mega yaughts to see. Now we took the cruise advertising mimosa and soda but they were out of almost all the soda with just ginger ale left, that's poor planning and stocking. Disappointed and it was not as advertised.

We only had 10 people on our cruise so it took the smaller of the two boats which I don't think made much difference for the overall experience, but was nice to have the smaller group of 10. The tour went by the lighthouse and north of the inland waterway past Jupiter Island, with our helpful captain, pointing out many of the celebrity homes along the way. It was a lovely way to spend a couple hours on the water and the all you can drink beers and seltzers didn't hurt, lol! Please note if the tour you've signed up for doesn't have at least six people you will be moved to another tour, which is what happened to us and we didn't realize we were only getting a two hour tour when we had paid for a three hour tour until it had already started. Seems like there was a little bit of disconnect in the information sharing, but we still had an excellent experience and would definitely come again when visiting the area.

On our way to the marina, there was a serious car accident just ahead of us that shut down the entire highway. We were delayed nearly 90 minutes from our original departure time as a result! He was totally flexible, warned his next passengers so they too weren't sitting in the traffic mess and avoided a domino effect of overlapping launches. We were a party of 7, including two teens with autism. It could not have gone better. We had gorgeous weather. The boys absolutely loved going fast on the airboat and laughed so hard whenever we rolled right through/over reeds and floating vegetation in the backwaters. We were given sound dampening headphones for our ride, which were cleaned between passengers. We felt very safe and comfortable during the ride. We didn't see the treehouse on our trip, and some of the older/larger alligators were being camera shy. But we had a fantastic experience and saw turtles, rabbits, baby and teen alligators, one momma alligator, and a great array of birds, herons, etc. Highly recommend Captain Steve and Master Gators!! It's a must-try when you're in the area.
