They are such a wonderful couple who recently took over this Avis/Budget location, and I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and customer service. The cars were clean, new, and ready to go. Best of all, you avoid the extra airport fees you'd pay if renting at the airport. If you've been here in the past, give this location another shot--the old owner is gone, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.

I picked up the SUV and upon getting home realized that the gas level was at 50% when the paperwork said it was 100% full. My home is less than 5 miles from the location. I immediately called and spoke to a Cecilia, who promised to fix the paperwork at her end, and all would be taken care of. As an aside, the car was in terrible order upon my pickup. The windows and mirrors were so dirty that I had to clean every single window, inside and out. Also, the window washer fluid was so empty that not a drop would come out- a real danger when driving. I went to Walmart and with my own money purchased and added washing fluid. When I returned the car, I mentioned to a different agent than Cecilia he conversation we had had, and advised that the gas tank was over 50% as we had agreed. The agent seemed pre-occupied and uninterested, but didn't mention that there would be an issue. Two hours later, I received the "E-Invoice" which included a $86.04 charge for fuel!! I am furious at this point, so I return to the store the next day only to be told I need to speak to the owner at a phone number posted on the store glass. I called, and luckily, the owner was on his way to store. He promised to fix the issue, but has not- when contacted again, the owner of this location gave a story about his medical issues, etc. Total unprofessional behavior and response to a 20 + year customer. Don't rent here unless you enjoy getting ripped off! Also, same issue reported by others so it's likely no accident it keeps occurring...

The attendants who assisted me with both situations were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and made sure I had what I needed. The interior and order counter are typical for most Enterprise locations. They are fairly standard, leaving space for those waiting in line, those waiting for their cars to be ready, or those waiting for a ride from wherever they are going. Nothing glamorous, fairly no-frills, but clean with little clutter. It's an easy location to find once you figure out where it's located. The cars are located in the back of the location, which can only be accessed if you go around the shopping plaza building. If you're not familiar, it can be a little confusing, but overall, the attendants can help make sure you can get around.

Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else. These people are totally incompetent. They are…read moreall liars and will tell you anything to just get you off the phone. They completely screwed up my reservation and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Then they do nothing to try and fix their screw up and resolve the issue. They will just tell you to do a new reservation and cross your fingers that they actually do their jobs correctly on the next try. Just save yourself the stress and rent from a different place. I had quite a few items taking with me and wasn't sure which full size vehicles would be available. I contacted manager Benjamin at the Royal Palm Beach office I was renting from. He listened intently and said no worries he'll see which vehicles come in and hold one for me. I wanted to be sure I got there as soon as they open so I could be the first to choose one plus we were leaving that morning so I needed to get on the road ASAP. Benjamin took such great care of us. She came running over and was very kind enough to help me push one of my checked bags and essentially upgraded me to any vehicle in the lot. And specifically, she put me in a very nice luxury BMW SUV and helped me move everything into the back of the SUV. Just overall great customer service and really appreciative of the help that I got considering a long day of travel and some unfortunate events that prevented the rest of my family from traveling with me. So this certainly brightened my day after arriving in Florida.

They do not have an agency or a branch, they simply rent out an office in the Hilton hotel. I was deceived, lied to, and cheated out of approximately $150. The representative talked me into buying a toll pass and told me that I would have to pay $50 fine every time I used the toll roads if I did not have this pass. When I arrived at my family's house, they told me I did not need this pass and then I was ripped off. I immediately called Easirent and was told as long as I returned to the office within 24 hours this money would be returned. That is exactly what I did and the refund still has not been processed. I have now been waiting approximately six weeks and there is no progress. I have been traveling and using their services since around 2014 or 2015 on a yearly basis. I've sailed from numerous ports and have done flyovers. Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. Advising do's and don'ts. Understanding what the country policies were around Covid 19 protocols to speak of before we even go on the trip. The customer service was fabulous. Now lets get to the fun part. They created a WhatsApp chat for all travelers to stay in contact. The organization of the excursion was great. I went to Abu Dhabi, Old Dubai tour, New Dubai tour, and Dune Bashing and dinner in the dessert. Rode a camel and a henna tattoo. This trip was worth every penny. I would certainly use Atlas Travel for any large bookings because they do all of the leg work for you with professionalism and perfection your travelers will have a wonderful time. I could go on!
