Anyone who has never been here there is a designated section with three tablets available to place your order. Near the tablets are hard copies of all the restaurants menus should that be your preference. I ordered two entrees from two different restaurants: this gluten free vegetarian bolognese from Walnut Lane and a Classic Cheeseburger on the Gluten Free Bun from Burger Baby The walnut lane dish was undercooked. The noodles were hard and the sauce was bland. The Cheeseburger I enjoyed eating it I would order it again. Even though I didn't have the best luck with everything I ordered, all the service workers were friendly and approachable, the food hall was clean, and the food arrived within the app's estimated window.

Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too. That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. I did that every time and I was patient because I want this good cooking to last to feed my family. Seems like great people. I've spoken to her and met the staff who deliver food to my house. I ended up getting a drink while I waited for my food. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The beef patties did not taste frozen at all. The jerk wings even came with dirty rice.
