First, we had the best service and they accommodated our speed and style of dining. Tried multiple dishes and desserts. Spicy eggplant stir fried with veggies was delicious and medium spicy was not very spicy. Tom Yum fried rice with shrimp was very seasoned with the right amount of spicy. Pad Thai with beef had the best noodles, perfectly chewy. Slightly on the sweet side, but very addictive. Good portions Papaya salad was very fresh and tasty. Inside was crowded for lunch, but the patio was empty. Patio was lovely today, beautiful weather. Mango with sticky rice and coconut custard was one of the best desserts we had in a long time. Definitely getting this again. The Thai Coffee with crème brûlée was smooth and creamy, very satisfying. Avocado and honey smoothie was creamy and good, maybe more avocado flavor could have improved the taste. Will definitely come back with more friends.

The friendly and attentive staff ensures prompt service, making it a reliable choice for delicious Thai food. The lunch special offers great value: for $12.95, you get a pad thai noodle dish plus a choice of appetizer. The vegetable soup was plain and lacked taste, but the pad thai was flavorful, with a signature flavor and perfectly cooked noodles, enhanced by chicken and peanuts for added protein and texture. The crispy pineapple shrimp fell short of expectations and lacked true crispiness, which was disappointing. Although the portion initially looked generous, it was mostly served atop a bed of lettuce, which made it seem fuller. My Thai coffee with creamy cheese was exquisite--its subtle sweet cheese foam perfectly balanced the coffee's bitterness, turning it into a dessert-like treat.

TM specializes in Asian baked goods with really fun and creative twists. Every item feels thoughtful, unique, and beautifully made. You can tell there's a lot of care and creativity behind the menu. My personal favorites are the black sesame croissant and the mango sticky rice croissant. Both are incredible -- flaky, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical bakery. The flavors are bold but still comforting, and the pastries are always fresh. I've also really enjoyed getting to know the owner, Annie. She clearly puts her heart and soul into every product she makes, and that passion really comes through in the quality and creativity of the pastries. If you love creative pastries and Asian-inspired flavors, Toi Moi Bakery is a must. Totally worth the trip every time.

Among the baked goods I sampled were some intriguing flavors with quality, but some items were a bit dry, leading to croissants that were just a bit too flaky to be practical. Preordering for either this retail location or for various farmers markets is an option, and that may yield a more interesting selection. Still, I think it's reasonable to want to just buy some high-quality Asian baked goods, and when I compare this to the experience at the top places in the area, I don't know why I needed to come here.
