Loved my experience here today! I called right when they opened and they were able to fit me in for a tap gel fill manicure and gel classic pedicure. The massage chairs were super comfy, and they had the World Cup round of 16 game playing... off to a great start!! PLENTY of ample free parking, and in the same shopping center as Vons so I was able to get groceries after. Now onto the nails, Tracy did my manicure and was so detail oriented, thorough, and fun to chat with! My nails were *very* grown out when I came in, and she made sure to fix everything. I didn't catch the woman's name who did my pedicure, but it was super comfortable and looks great :) Feels very cute and clean inside, staff were all very welcoming and nice, and they have a wide array of colors too! Friendly staff and depending on who you get, detailed service! Came in for pedicures and got the same pedicure as my mom (smooth pedicure which was $45 I believe). The woman I got did not really scrub my feet much for callus removal and didn't really massage my legs for the 10 minutes it said. It was like someone rubbing my legs lightly while they waited for the time to be over. I also have a tiny cut on my toe from her scrubbing my toe. My nail polish application was not smooth which I noticed when they were drying, not to mention she kept trying to upsell me with a flower design, trying to convince me to do gel and have me get a manicure. My mom started about 10 minutes after me but her experience was probably 20-25 minutes longer than mine and which showed her girl was SUPER detailed, no upsells, just servicing what you asked for. You could really see she was taking her time with her. We both had very different experiences. Overall don't think we'll be back. read more

We had a really good experience! The staff are super friendly and sweet. I am very ticklish on my feet, and sometimes I feel like this annoys the staff member who is trying to do the pedicure. The sweet lady who did my feet was super kind and understanding and laughed it off without making me feel awkward The massage chairs are definitely more high end, with features that allow you to recline, move the chair back and forwards, and gives you a variety of options for the massage (vibration, rolling, kneading, tapping, and even seat warming). I've been to many nail salons, but this is one of the few places where my nails actually lasted over a month without breaking. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than some other places, but the quality and experience are absolutely worth it. AMAZING NAILS! Tai is the best nail artist EVER! My nails look exactly like the picture I showed him (which is rare to accomplish so accurately). Ok ... so , I like the people. They were nice. I was able to schedule a gel manicure and basic spa pedicure on the same day. Greeted immediately. So friendly. Foot massage =amazing! $92.00. I think this is expensive considering it isn't anything special. Got home and noticed that the green lotion/ mask was still on my heels and on the back of both of my ankles. It has been four days and I have had three nails break and more than half are chipping. Now, I'll admit that I am a one to pick at lifting polish, but this is ridiculous. The saddest part is that I literally don't have time to go back. (I barely squeezed in the hour that I was there a few days ago!) Would have loved to fall in love here. Outstanding last minute stop for pedicure and manicure- my toes and hands were claw-like horribly awful and I was so embarrassed and Tammy, Thi, and Mia were so accommodating, helpful, nonjudgemental and helped me get my toes and hands back in working order--TAP manicure and much needed pedicure. The pedicure is poifectly light and natural, just poifect for me- but they can do some of the most artistically beautiful and ornate nails I've ever seen. She is fun and easy to talk to and helps me to make a color selection without feeling rushed. My lady took my previous gel off my grinding away with a tool (which is fine bc they usually do that first) but she kept going until I was flinching from the pain & she just kept telling me I have thick nails. She did a horrible job evening the nail bed out so my mani looked all bumpy. It was just bad. So bad. She was an older lady. I think her name was Nancy. Don't go to her if you do end up coming here.
