They were pretty busy, but he was very sweet and managed to squeeze us in an hour later (reservations recommended!). I got a mani pedi, and this review is dedicated to the amazing nail tech who did my nails! Tracey was very attentive and made sure my nails looked exactly like the reference photo. She confirmed each step with me as she worked and adjusted all the details to my needs. She also took extreme care in prepping and shaping my nails. I'm not even from around the area and I would come back just for her! They also have a wide range of chrome and cat eye colors to choose from compared to a lot of other nail salons I've been to. My two friends were both very satisfied with their nails as well. In short, everyone here is professional and skilled at what they do. Loved my experience here today! I called right when they opened and they were able to fit me in for a tap gel fill manicure and gel classic pedicure. The massage chairs were super comfy, and they had the World Cup round of 16 game playing... off to a great start!! PLENTY of ample free parking, and in the same shopping center as Vons so I was able to get groceries after. Now onto the nails, Tracy did my manicure and was so detail oriented, thorough, and fun to chat with! My nails were *very* grown out when I came in, and she made sure to fix everything. Friendly staff and depending on who you get, detailed service! Came in for pedicures and got the same pedicure as my mom (smooth pedicure which was $45 I believe). The woman I got did not really scrub my feet much for callus removal and didn't really massage my legs for the 10 minutes it said. It was like someone rubbing my legs lightly while they waited for the time to be over. I also have a tiny cut on my toe from her scrubbing my toe. My nail polish application was not smooth which I noticed when they were drying, not to mention she kept trying to upsell me with a flower design, trying to convince me to do gel and have me get a manicure. My mom started about 10 minutes after me but her experience was probably 20-25 minutes longer than mine and which showed her girl was SUPER detailed, no upsells, just servicing what you asked for. You could really see she was taking her time with her. We both had very different experiences. Overall don't think we'll be back. read more

I believe that when a business changes hands, the price should go down temporarily and not up. A business should reward loyal customers with a bit of a discount not an increase. My nail service yesterday cost an additional $18 and I did not appreciate it. AMAZING NAILS! Tai is the best nail artist EVER! My nails look exactly like the picture I showed him (which is rare to accomplish so accurately). These are my natural nails that he shaped and did beautiful designs on. He fulfilled my nails perfectly, and I will be making this place my go-to nail spot. Ok ... so , I like the people. They were nice. I was able to schedule a gel manicure and basic spa pedicure on the same day. Greeted immediately. So friendly. Foot massage =amazing! $92.00. I think this is expensive considering it isn't anything special. Got home and noticed that the green lotion/ mask was still on my heels and on the back of both of my ankles. It has been four days and I have had three nails break and more than half are chipping. Now, I'll admit that I am a one to pick at lifting polish, but this is ridiculous. The saddest part is that I literally don't have time to go back. (I barely squeezed in the hour that I was there a few days ago!) Would have loved to fall in love here. The couple who own this salon are very friendly and make you feel welcomed anytime you walk in. Today I walked in (on Christmas Eve) because I broke a nail. They fit me into their busy schedule. Not only was my nail fixed quickly and Beautifully but they refused to let me pay for the service plus I was given a Christmas gift. Who does that nowadays? Highly recommend Dip Nails! I go to Lee for my hard gel manicures and she always makes sure that they are perfect. She is fun and easy to talk to and helps me to make a color selection without feeling rushed.
