I served in the military for over 32 active years. I spent part of this time in Northern Greece. I clearly remember the foods and atmosphere. I will tell you this restaurant is just like Northern Greece, I love the food and the family that owns it. The two person small staff, keep prices low and food is great! Yes, for the people who must know the owners are Greek and speak Greek. Negative reviews of any kind are from people who are clueless and have complained about places like this. These are the people that make people shut their doors taking away a great small business, leading to either nothing in that location or something from a big chain food. read more

We just tried this place for late lunch on a Sunday and were underwhelmed. We ordered the To Spiti platters, one with lamb and one with falafel. The salad was very bland with little or no dressing and not much cheese. Have had way better greek salads elsewhere. The worst part was the lamb (gyros meat). It was really greasy compared to what we're used to. The falafel were good and the eggplant dip was ok. Overall, the food was disappointing enough that we won't be going back. Hands down the best Greek food I've had. I've traveled all over the US and still haven't found a place this affordable and flavorful. My wife and I always sit down and talk to the owner whenever we're in town and she's great. Really inviting and friendly. It's really quaint and chill in there too. The Gyros are solid but I've eaten so many I've tried the platter and I can't decide between that or the gyros. My wife is a huge fan of the chicken leg and the Greek potatoes and we always finish the meal off with cheesecake baklava. Here and there we get some of the drinks or the Greek coffee that's off the chain btw. I don't think we ever leave Naples whether for friends and family and not visit this joint. I was on a road trip from the east coast to the west coast and ended up being around Naples at lunch time so I searched for something vegan. This spot was right off of the highway so it was barely even a detour. When we walked in there were a few people waiting at the counter to place their order. We waited our turn whilst gawking at all the baklava in the display. Once we ordered, the lady told us we could pick a table and she would bring out our drinks and food. There was so much good, authentic Greek food on the menu but we decided to do the 2/$15 pitas. You can choose from Lamb, Chicken, Falafel or Meatball. It doesn't come with a side so we also ordered the Lemon Potatoes for $4.99. The pitas come with tomato, red onion and tzaziki sauce. I ordered the falafel and subbed the baba ganoush to make it vegan. I was a little upset that there was no lettuce but the lady explained that in authentic Greek food, they don't use lettuce. Well it was very good anyways and the eggplant really made it next level. I was happy that there wasn't an upcharge either. I didn't get to snap a photo because I gobbled them down too quickly but we also tried one of each cookie and a few of the various mini baklava pastries. My favorite was the one with chocolate & cinnamon and the Walnut Honey Cookie for $1. I could eat a dozen of those! I can definitely tell you that this place will be a new tradition for my husband and I when we're on road trips from now on. Great food, great service and clean environment. read more

The gyro lunch plate is so good that I went back today after trying it just yesterday! The plate comes with a salad made of very little romaine lettuce and mostly tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, green bell peppers, feta cheese crumbles and olive oil. Pita triangles and a side of tzatziki sauce. Yum! So so so delicious! The restaurant is very quaint and clean. It feels like stepping into the Greek hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (helps that they have a large television showing video of a person roaming the hillside streets in Greece). read more

The food was amazing and let me say the Gyro was the BEST I think I've ever had. Their meat comes right from Greece! The service is authentic as our server was super kind and from Greece herself. A great find in CrossRoads Center off Pine Ridge. This is authentic Greek food that you would find at a Taverna in Greece, having traveled there many times. It is owned and operated by a delightful Greek couple, friendly welcoming service and reasonable prices. I had the lamb souvlaki with pita and tzatziki which comes with a Greek salad side. My wife had the chicken leg and Greek potatoes. The menu is limited but pure Greek food. We look forward to our next visit. read more

The 1 single waitress was VERY NICE but overwhelmed as she was the ONLY server for 7 tables and 20 people. I don't mean to insult To Spiti but we don't like Greek wine and there is NO option for a nice Cabernet AND I asked server if I could bring my own wine next time and pay a corkage fee and she said that was not allowed... really??? Ordered a euro salad and picked up before going to work. When I opened it, I had a container full of tomatoes, cucumbers, and meat?? I don't even like tomatoes and usually will keep two pieces and cut extra small. The worst part is that i have been there before and I know I didnt get this the last time. When I called I was told that Traditional greek salads don't have lettuce and to look it up. I told her well here in America all of them do!! Last time for me, as one other time I did get food and was disappointed. $18 later i threw half of it out and had to go to the salad bar at my job to get lettuce, cheese, greek olives and onions. read more

We ordered 'Greek' food last night on GrubHub and it was horrible! The moussaka was burned and dried out. And the menu said that the souvlaki was lamb but it was like thin strips of shoe leather. We didn't get a picture of it because it was immediately thrown in the trash. read more

Can't review the food because it was closed at 1:55 pm on a Tuesday. According to hours posted on door they should be open. There were 2 employees visible in the dining area, and a sign on the door with moveable hour hands showing they would return at 11:30. I am a Greek living in Naples and have tried most of the Greek restaurants in the area. This new place has authentic Greek food - very much like what you would find in a Greek home. The Greek salad, is the traditional village salad without the filler lettuce that you find elsewhere. The mousaka and pastitsio were also the hearty, generous and creamy dishes you would find on a Greek table. The mousaka had a slightly imbalanced overly thick potato bottom - but it's flavor overcame that drawback. The gyro was the least "like home" - it resembled a street gyro which is so much more flavorful. If you like traditional Greek food or want to experience the real deal, try this place. We are trying the stuffed peppers next - every Greek home serves this family favorite. read more
