The rooms were clean and inviting and had multiple living spaces which was great for a large group! The dining area let in beautiful morning light and was spacious (pictured below) making it easy for us all to dine together. Jody, Keith, and all the horses (even Spike, who was kind of a pill) were a real pleasure to interact with during our visit. The ride itself was a delight. Sure, I was sore afterward, but that's to be expected. Consider going to any of Montana's hot springs to recover afterward. If you're visiting in the summer, I do suggest scheduling a ride in the morning, as it's never too hot at 9AM.

Our hosts delivered to the room in a carafe outside the door, what a nice touch as well! We had a great time sitting on the porch watching people go by walking their dogs and enjoying the breeze. It is a beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Breakfast was hot and delicious and catered to gluten free, something I always appreciate. We will look forward to staying here again!

Terrible experience--avoid at all costs!…read more After a 13-hour drive from Seattle with a toddler and our parents, we arrived at 3:15 AM to find our fully prepaid one-night reservation canceled--with no prior notice. Some bookings require payment at the hotel, but ours was already paid, so this cancellation cost us both the room and our money. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, repeatedly citing a "policy" that arrivals after 2 AM are canceled. They refused to honor our booking, discount codes, or price match, and told us to go elsewhere. The room was filthy, smelled bad, and was not as advertised. The manager we spoke to the next morning was equally rude and showed zero empathy. Traveling families, steer clear--this hotel is completely unprofessional.

It's got everything you'd want - eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, toast, waffles, juices, fruit, I could go on and on. Literally the only thing I could complain about was that the water pressure to the bathroom sink was incredibly weak - it was hard to really wash your hands thoroughly. But I guess this was balanced out by the water pressure in the shower, which was probably as strong as a prison hose shower (not that I'd know from experience....) Plus it's right on Harrison so it's close to any store or fast food place you could ever want. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a non smoking hotel and there was a TON of cigarette smoke in the hallway to our room. On the good side: we requested a room on bottom floor near an exit. This was provided. The front desk personnel were pleasant, although when asking for a steakhouse recommendation, stated they were not permitted to recommend anything except the pancake house attached. The bed was comfortable and the shower was roomy.

Friendly staff and would absolutely take all my friends and family here on FIRST CHOICE every time for a mineral pool hot spring. There's no sulphur smell here!
