The sauce is tart and a little sweet and there are small chunks of tomatoes here and there which infuse even more flavor with each bite. If you hold up a slice for a little CSI: Pizza action, you're going to see a firm "V" shape on the side profile with a slight bend towards the tip of the slice. As far as I'm concerned, the classics are the way to go. I would say "The Don" is the overall crowd pleaser with a little more cheese than the basic pep but I think I've permanently been converted to the "Moe Greene". It has a small dusting of hot sauce and a generous amount of diced chicken and a drizzling of ranch.
