One of the worst experiences that I've had in a while. we ordered almost 40 minutes ahead and when i arrived at the time that was given I am greeted by "are you in a rush?" I said the message said 10am. I then get, we don't get the online order, the owner does. He is supposed to text us the orders but he never sent it, if you would like to wait I can have them make it now but it might be awhile. I was absolutely blown away! I just said refund me, now a manager comes over and says what did you order? I said I'm not entirely sure because my wife did it. I say, you really need to stop taking online orders until this is resolved, she says it's nothing to do with us, I'll let the owner know. Now she has to call the owner to see what our order was, she comes back and says he will refund you and send a gift card. I didn't want the gift card, just my refund. I was told if I didn't get a refund pay 2pm that I would get a phone call, we'll see.I do not recommend this place for takeout orders and for a good customer service experience! read more
