Friendly service and good food. The home fries were amazing! Clean restrooms and nice ambiance.

The moment I walk in the waiter was ready and prepared for my seating. The atmosphere was calm, warm and every was chatting like usually and having a fun time enjoying their food. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and don't get me started on the pancakes, those pancake were soft, big, and well cooked. After I finished my meal and was ready to bring the rest home with me, all I had to do was raise my hand a little and ask for the check. The prices was decent and I enjoyed my time here. Great place with an excellent staff. Food was terrible and served quickly. Place is not huge and filled up around 9:30 on a Wednesday. There is metered street parking. I had a junk omelette that was fabulous. They also offer both home fries ( diced potatoes) and hash browns (shoestring)). There is a sign stating they are short staffed. There were two waitresses that never stopped moving to make up for the short staff. read more

Been there twice in the past not recently and I will say it was pleasant both times. The food was good the service was ok but what I really want to compliment is the linguica roll.. ong it's the best I've had anywhere in the area including surrounding towns/cities and I've had that at a lot of places but the breakfast club had the best one and my wife agrees. A sign at the door tells you to be patient or fill out an application. But we didn't wait very long, even though it was busy for a Monday morning. We had omelets. Steak bomb, bacon tomato and cheddar, and a Greek. Very generous portions and tasty. Coffee was fairly bold and fresh. Definitely worth the time to get off the beaten track. Five stars. read more

Tried them for the first time. I ordered a combo omlette with cheese that came with home fries and toast. I liked t the home fries, the omelet was good. I had nice quick service. Food was lacking no Swiss cheese ordered a 3egg Portuguese omelette with home fries homes fries deep fried w/sprinkle of salt for taste if you have to use salt for taste probably not good . The omelette was little less then full ,lacking linguica . Plenty of green pepper ,this was all I could taste w/ hint of onion . Was told it was good . We had breakfast here this morning and their was a few patrons - definitely not busy. We had ordered the sweetbread French toast, Belgium Waffles and home fries. Firstly the coffee tasted terrible, we waited about 30 mins for our food to come out and it was like warm at best (the butter wouldn't even melt). Secondly, the food tasted so bland! Even the water had an gross taste. Personally I would never spend my money at this place ever again. An egg sandwich from DD would have been more enjoyable time. read more

I ordered blueberry pancakes; home fries My friend ordered , 1 egg, bacon, home fries We both loved the home fries ( delish!) My pancakes were salty?????? I'm like why would pancakes be salty?? Just left there and I am utterly disgusted in my experience. Me and m family went on my husbands lunch break so we had a hour. Food comes... I have an insect running all over my plate. Looked like a baby cockroach. The server was still at the table so she took the plate back. I wait 20 mins for a new plate meanwhile my family is done and we have to leave to get my husbad back to work. Get the bill and they over chage me for a sandwich and CHARGED me for the cockroach plate that I choked down in 30 seconds. Sorry common courtesy is that you would comp that one plate, I work in the business. I bring it up to the waitress both the overcharge and the fact that she should have comped the plate. I have been going here for years without issue, this experience pissed me off so much thay I will never return to this business. To the business owner, teach your waitresses some common courtesy when a customer has something like this appen to them. Heat was broken but service still had a smile. I ordered the steak and eggs HF's toast. Steak was Medium rare and that's tough to do with those thin steaks. Homefries are deep fried and delicious. They're light and not greasy. My wife got an omelette and they make theirs on the grill. I wish I knew because that's the way I prefer. Its healthier than Pancooked. They have an assortment of meats including linquica. The prices are excellent. I will be returning. read more

Pretty good, standard quick breakfast. We initially came because we searched for "places with grits near me." My partner is from the South and was craving grits. Google said their menu mentioned grits, so we hopped in the car and headed over. Unfortunately there were no grits, but the breakfast was pretty tasty over all. I got a ham, egg, and cheese on a grilled bagel. I was slightly bummed because the bagel was dry grilled and not butter grilled. Not the end of the world but I've never received a dry grilled bagel before. My partner got a BLT on white. The BLT could have had a slice or two more bacon but he enjoyed it anyway. We both got hash browns well done instead of home fries, which were great. Our service was alright. We both would have like a coffee refill, but were never offered one, and the water we asked for when we ordered came once we were almost done eating. I imagine the service would have been better had we come during normal hours but we got there around 12:30 (we are late risers on the weekend) and they close at 2pm. The restaurant was pretty empty so the girls were in closing mode. I don't blame them, I've been a server before so I know how it goes. The restaurant was clean and quaint. I don't know how often we will frequent this spot because there are a lot of things that are closer and in the same ball park but if you're in the area and need a quick breakfast bite, it's a good little spot. They use a low grade bacon and the diced potatoes are cooked in oil with skin, i prefer decent bacon and at least peel the potatoes dont be so lazy. I wont go there no more read more

Not terrible, but disappointing. I asked for an Egg White omelette, got regular eggs.

My favorite breakfast spot in the area. Hands down better than the chain places like IHop, Dennys, Etc. Absolutely worth going & supporting a friendly local business. Very reasonable prices and the quality goes along with that. read more

Terrible... such poor service, waitress was speaking with customers about her life problems... both my boyfriend and I got the Portuguese omelette and subbed out the onions (i got spinach substitute and he got olives and mushroom) my omelette was literally veggies only and his was full of huge olives just sliced in half veggie to meat ratio was a joke and the cheese rolls were literally pops w a single slice of plastic wrapped cheese in the middle... at least that's how it tasted, i had asked on my social media before going how the restaurant was and got "6/10, cheap breakfast but not that great" and another comment saying "she's right it's decent" gave it the benefit of the doubt but that was the worst 33 dollars spent in a while other than at Cinderella's... actually had to convince my boyfriend to leave his money and not just walk out. He didn't even want to leave the 7 dollar tip out of $40... guess you live and learn. Never again though! read more

Worst Service Ever. With extreme wait times, food that was mostly sub-par, including the cheese not even being melted on my omelette or hash browns, the horrible service was the cherry on top. Our server was more interested in talking to her friend visiting at the breakfast bar, than seeing if our food was correct, and that the tables, she was waiting on around us, needed anything- like their orders taken.... I sent back part of my meal, with little concern on the server's part, and when I decided to talk with a manager, another server came over, and told me that we should have known better, that our wait would be substantial, because it was a Sunday- even though it was our first time there. Hate to break it to anyone who thinks that's acceptable, but we find a new place every weekend to eat at, and not once have we ever had a wait time that long, nor have we had such poor service. I'd like to congratulate you on ensuring that your competitors will have our business, as we will never return to your establishment. The only saving grace is that the cheese roll my husband ordered was excellent, too bad that's not enough to make up for everything else. read more
