Lolly's will always hold a special place in our hearts after today's first time jaunt there. As non-locals from Louisiana visiting on vacation, we always make it a point to truly submerse ourselves in with the local people. We typically steer clear of tourist attractions as a means to truly get a feel for a places culture and people. This morning, we woke up and wanted good breakfast. Our intended spot was closed due to the holiday and Lolly's was second up on our list. We walked in to a bustling, colorful and airy breakfast haven full of locals and tons of coffee. Our server Lexie was super sweet and made recommendations of all her favorites and we tried them all...literally. We tried a linguica roll, blueberry pancake, a meat and cheese croissant sandwich, home fries, and the Lolly Bomb omelet. We've never tried linguica before and holy moly, it was amazing! That blueberry pancake was so fluffy and full of fresh blueberries that it didn't even need syrup! One of my other favorite parts about Lolly's is the bottomless coffee bar! Brilliant! I had Irish cream coffee for my first cup, and blueberry cream pie coffee for my second and third cups. I'm pretty sure that coffee bar is what good dreams are made of! Aside from all that, we sat next to a table of locals who embraced us, literally. They gave us tons of recommendations for other local places, brought us to see their church, and hung out with us a greater portion of the day. These people from Lolly's and New Bedford will be forever friends more than likely as they even invited us to come back and stay for Christmas! The veggie burger was like a veggie goop. The fries were cold and limp. Definitely not going back.

First of all the high chairs are super uncomfortable, they are just hard metal stools. We waited almost an hour just for eggs as the waitresses walked around aimlessly, and no one ever checked in (I'm assuming no one has assigned tables). We finally get our food and it was the skimpiest breakfast I've ever seen. My boyfriend and I waited 10 extra minutes for our ham and I have a gluten allergy and had to wait forever for my toast. I actually had to call over the owner because I was almost done with my breakfast. Turns out it had been sitting on the counter waiting and no one ever checked up on it... and let me just say they do not know how to handle gluten free bread at all. Granted they have moved to a bigger place and have more tables now, but you need to be prepared for more business! We're left disappointed and still hungry. read more

Ordered my food when I got there, and it came out lightning-quick. Food: 4.5/5 Bacon,egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel with homefries and an almond biscotti iced coffee. Coffee was good, especially since they don't use syrup flavoring. The breakfast sandwich was also pretty good, but the homefries were delicious! If I had a boyfriend, I would dump him to start a relationship with these homefries. Crispy on the outside, fluffy and potatoey on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. Went for breakfast and preferred to wear my mask when heading inside. The owner (who identified himself as such specifically) literally confronted us aggressively and told us we did not need to wear masks as the mandate had been lifted. I certainly don't need judgment along with my breakfast and I am an adult who makes informed decisions for myself. Employee even apologized for the attitude, but the damage was done; I will not reward such inappropriate behavior. You've lost a customer. read more

my brother in law and i went for breakfast. the place was pretty much empty except for a few tables and one person at the bar. i ordered pancakes with a side of bacon and my brother in law had an omelet with a side of bacon. the food was just okay ( not better than okay ) but the bacon was deep fried which gives it a whole different texture and taste than grilled. when i asked the waitress if it was deep fried she said yes but if i like it on the grill better i could ask for it to be prepared that way next time. really? next time. i just feel that there was no reason to deep fry the bacon as it was very slow and it shows there's no attention to detail. read more

Great place to get a fast and delicious breakfast. Lolly is a great hostess very friendly and helpful. The sweet bread French toast was thick and perfectly cooked and the blueberry crepe was fresh and light. I can't say enough good things about Lolly's. Check it out for yourself. read more

Gave Lolly's a second chance but once again was disappointed. The waitresses was elusive and they completely forgot part of my order. While dining, I saw another customer have to ask for his oatmeal. Lolly herself tries to make sure customers are happy but the waitress never came back to check on us and we had to call out to her for help with our missing item. The omelettes we ordered were okay but were quite flat from a lack lack of filling. Perhaps others have had or will have better luck than we had. read more

Best flavored iced coffees in the WORLD!! I'm talking about actually FLAVORED COFFEE, not plain burned coffee with a squirt of nasty sweet flavoring like most places. Breakfast sandwiches are homemade and AMAZING.. ESPECIALLY the linguica and egg on a cheese roll! Don't stop there! Try the home-fries! They are the crispiest most delicious home fries you will ever taste!! And get this.. They are NOT EVEN fried!! I know I just blew your mind. Listen if you live in NB and you have not tried Lollys you are making a horrible HORRIBLE mistake! You have to ask yourself what you are doing with your life and get your butt over to Lollys tomorrow morning. Or just do like me and order 4 sides of the home fries to go, pretend you have guests over or something, and just go to town. Anyway I think you get the point.. For 3/4 the price of Dunkin Dogturds go to Lollys and get some real food. read more

Decided to finally stop in and try this little cafe I've driven by so many times. Had a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel that totally hit the spot! Bagels were very fresh and tasty, coffee was also excellent. Prices all were VERY reasonable, great customer service, I will surely be back. read more

Great menu, the best staff in the area and the food is fresh and tasty. They have amazing flavored coffee, better than any of the "chains". We go in with our daughter and the staff always take the time to make us feel welcome no matter how busy they are. In life there are always choices....sometimes we make good ones and sometimes...dunkin disgust-nuts. Lolly's has perfected many dishes on a variety of levels. From the scrumptious linguica egg and cheese on a cheese roll or my personal favorite asiago bagel to the home made mini muffin loafs....Yeah I said LOAFS....and if she asks you to grill that little piece heaven you grill it, it'll be a muffin no to forget, to the home fries that'll keep your taste buds begging for more. And as for the coffee....lol oh boy where do I begin. I like my coffee black as can be, I want to experience all goodness that comes out of those caffinated beans. And on top of that the flavored coffees are brewed with flavors....and not flavored with some scientific chemical concoction that's probably made out of beetle wings or w/e. Frankly I've always referred to the double D's as sewage water....which Lolly's being diametrically opposite of anything you'd experience at that sorry excuse of a coffee shop. read more
