    Iced latte

The most perfect breakfast and coffee, beyond what I could have imagined or asked for! Incredible service and kind and friendly staff

Unique breakfast sandwiches. We stopped by to grab a quick bite after out flight landed and before a long drive. The service was incredibly friendly, and you could tell everyone who lives in the neighborhood goes here by how the staff greeted them by name and with a smile. There's no seating since it's a small corner store, but the sandwiches are perfectly wrapped to eat on the go. The pistachio latte was amazing and everything came out quick.

The toasted sandwiches here are sooo good. The glorious day flat was breakfast perfection - perfectly toasted crunch bread with gooey runny egg, bacon, and tons of cheese. It's what breakfast dreams are made of. While pricey, the portions are large - it's essentially two sandwiches so you won't be left hungry. I didn't try the coffee or smoothies but they seem to offer a nice menu of options. No inside dining though but we found a bench across the street to enjoy our sandwich. Street parking only so you may have to drive around a bit to find a parking spot that isn't residential. Couldn't really see the prices of items on the menu boards though so that was a little annoying. That said support this awesome women owned family business and check out some awesome sandwiches.

After dropping my love off at the airport I made my first visit at TFs for a latte and toast. It is a crime that they don't have seating. Of course if they did they would never get you to leave : ) A great, comfy, vibe. The crew were full of sunshine and the offerings looked d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!!! My choices were tasty. The toast (flat bread) is a creative twist and the mix of ingredients - spice, avocado, and "Je ne sais quoi" were mouth wateringly pleasant Be patient looking for parking. Park legally, no need to add a parking fine to your total It's not so bad if you have to walk a few blocks to get to this little jewel. Its only a couple of blocks to the harbor if you want to enjoy your treasures while taking in the skyline and passing boats and ships.

I really enjoyed the coffee but was a little on the sweet side so ask for less pumps if you don't like sweet coffee. There is no seating in there so be warned! I have not tried the food but friends have said the food is alright. I would go again for coffee

    Salmon Toast

A beautiful little gem of a cafe offering delicious and healthy food, almost all of which can be made gluten-free. I had the salmon toast (not gluten free), which was delicious!! The staff are sweet and kind, and I'm so happy we found this little place and ate our brunch down the street at a nice park with benches. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming here for years!! The flats are the best and always fresh! The employees are always so nice too. I order online for pick up and it's so convenient. I am not a coffee drinker but I love their mocktails! I will be trying the smoothies next :) The store always look cleaned and organized.

Little shop at the corner with great service and delicious flats! It is great for on the way out or into the airport. One can order from the airport or after getting the rental car, then drive over to the store to pick up the order. We stopped in at 7AM for breakfast after we got off the flight. We ordered online and found street parking near the store. When the order was ready, one would receive a text. The store doesn't have table and chair so we ate in the car. The employees were super nice and accommodating on our order. We didn't wait for the order ready text and just stopped in. We didn't mind to wait but they hurrily prepared our order! The flat bread was toasted with meats or vegetables in the middle. Since the flat bread was toasted, it was soft yet crispy and warm. Yummy! Highly recommended!!!

Food was great! Tried the cheese steak and the bbq chicken and both we very good. Service was friendly and quick too. Only thing is there is no inside seating so just a heads up

A small gem for tasty sandwiches on the go. I was on a time crunch and they whipped these up really quickly thank you!! The pesto chicken is STUFFED with micro greens, chicken, pesto eat while hot and beware of any juices dripping out! The chicken wasn't overly salted either, the greens balanced out the flavors. The The turkey club is toasted I didn't know this HA despite the name of this eatery LOL I was expecting a regular cold cut sandwich/panini. Nevertheless, love a good turkey sandwich it's cheesy and layered with lots of turkey. There is no seating inside, it's an order and go type of place. The latte Is just okay, it lacked espresso flavor, I recommend coming for their toasted flats. Tip: don't order on their Yelp website menu! It seems to be outdated as I tried ordering off of their first only to be told what I wanted has never been sold at that establishment/location (staff were short with me when I was confirming the location over the phone). It was confusing as it was a website directly linked to their Yelp page yet it doesn't reflect their current menu.

Toasted Flats is a great local coffee spot in East Boston. This dog-friendly coffee spot is a female owned small business that provide exceptional service. Their coffees have a fun twist with a giant block of frozen ice at the bottom to keep your drinks super cold all morning . If looking for a quick coffee on the way to work definitely stop by

    Anushya J.

Excellent sandwiches with fresh ingredients and great portion size. The menu listed on Yelp has the wrong prices though, the flats (toasted sandwiches) are about $11-12 each. Menu on their website is accurate.

Everyone on social media is raving about it, so I decided to give them another shot. I've noticed that some bad reviews are related to service but still have positives about the food. For me, service was great and the food was even better. The first time I tried to order, I had everything set up in my cart and by the time I was ready, I was no longer able to submit my order, so I assumed it was too close to closing and I'd missed the window. Tried calling a few times and didn't get an answer, so I gave up. All good, that's on me. So when I tried again for a second time a week later, I made sure I ordered nice and early to ensure there were no issues. I was quoted 30 mins for a pizza and two subs. The shop had a few small tables to stop and eat, but it's clearly mostly take-out. The person taking orders at the front was efficient, sweet, and friendly. -Pizza Pasquale: This was delicious and might be the best pizza in Boston. I am in NY almost every month and while the pizza styles are different, I personally thought this was superior. The pizza had plenty of pepperoni and mushrooms with a fantastic crust and dough. Some doughs are bland, but this one was perfect and had the amazing balance of crunchy and soft. There was a short line, and the person at the front of the line was taking forever, so my pizza had been sitting in the warmer for at least a few minutes, and then it took me 10-15 minutes to get home, but the pizza was still incredibly tasty. I can only imagine the texture and taste if the pizza was eaten right away. My only complaint is that there were whole basil leaves on the pizza so getting basil in every bite wasn't totally possible. Having the leaves torn up would've been nice since the basil really adds a great flavor to the pizza, but all in all, I'm looking forward to more pizzas from this place. -Paisano Sandwich: This was also very tasty. The seeded roll was very good, the chicken cutlets were crispy, well seasoned and plentiful, and the sandwich was also very balanced. There wasn't a ton of prosciutto though, the tomatoes were chopped, so they were kind of lost in the sandwich, and I didn't taste much balsamic, but even so, it was still a good sandwich. -Steak and Cheese: Also fantastic. Also selected the seeded roll. The sandwich had a good amount of steak which was very well covered in melty, gooey cheese. It was so so good and the steak seemed like good quality to me. Not much to say; it was incredibly well executed and delivered exactly what we were looking for. The hype is definitely real.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. After about 40 minutes, the bread had become somewhat dry and hard.

I've eaten here before (it's a small area, but does have a lot of seating) but normally I get it as take out. The cafe itself is super casual, it's the perfect place to pop into during lunch or after a walk. My food is always ready on time which is nice, and when I've eaten there I'm usually able to find a seat. The spinach tortellini with the pesto cream sauce is my absolute favorite- it's a HUGE portion and so delicious. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals. The bread they include is also great! I like to dip it in the sauce. The past time I got Dino's I accidentally ordered spinach ravioli instead of tortellini...that was my bad. HOWEVER I think I might have found my new favorite? The raviolis are huge and so fat. I'm talking like 1/2 inch - 3/4 inch thick. There is so much stuffing and the spinach ricotta mix tastes so fresh and delicious...it's a must try. I've also gotten the eggplant parm before, and the fettuccini Alfredo. Both were also delicious. I've never had any of the sandwiches, but if they are anything like their pastas then I'm sure they are great! The bang for your buck here is also great which is nice. Highly recommend! Dinos is awesome! And the staff is very kind too (Note that the pic is taken from a train, I like to treat myself to Dino's before catching the Amtrak)
