June 18th, I ingested the tainted chocolates bought at Smoke Side the day before. As soon as I was physically able, I called to notify them what had happened to prevent further harm to anyone else. That was my only agenda. An hour later, I'm assuming after they researched my claims themselves, *they* called back very concerned and offered to rectify a situation I hadn't even thought of and suggested to refund/exchange my purchase price. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING because I wasn't blaming them!!! They offered. Which was cool. I accepted and came in the next day only to be treated with suspicion until I could be helped by the person who was familiar with the situation. Fine. Whatever. I received my refund and was also offered an in-store credit. I was a bit disappointed by the previous employee's attitude so I accepted and opted to come back at a later date to use it. August, today, came back to use my in-store credit and was told by the original employee from day 1 and 2 that I was mistaken and I was only offered one credit or the other. Remember, I never asked for or expected anything and in their attempts to make a bad situation better they just made the victim feel like a piece of by not remembering their own promises. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time as I will not spend my money in an establishment that has made a habit of being reckless in their dealings with their customers. Well, at least this one, anyway.

It didn't seem to be able to charge anymore as the light would go on for about 15 seconds and then shut off. It would not fire and it just seemed to be a lost cause. Unfortunately I had just bought 3 new coils for it so I was pretty upset. I know that the usb charging method isn't always the best way to charge as opposed to 18650 batteries, but it has an internal battery and there is no other way to charge it. I was looking at buying a whole new SMOK Stick, which I didn't really want to spend the money on as my current one was only about a year old. Ye, who I later found out was the owner of the shop, did not take the opportunity to just get a sale and have me on my way. Instead, he decided to take his own tank and put it on my Stick. Just like that it fired perfectly like nothing was wrong! Instantly elated, confused but still relieved I explained more of the scenario of what happened. I explained to him I tried to fire it a few days ago and there was a large flame that burst from the coil. I didn't think it was anything with the coil but rather my batter short circuited and made it do that. I later tried to charge it up many times with no success. Defeated, I scoured the internet for possible solutions. One site said to take the tank and coil off and put it back on. I took it off and INSTANTLY noticed I had apparently blown the hell out of my coil. So much so that it was all twisted and bent sideways! I was still unsure what to do so I took to the streets of Atlanta for help at 3 different shops. Finally, I landed on Vape Pkwy and the rest is history. I am new to Atlanta and had just drove across the country from Arizona in October. I now definitely have a new vape shop I will be using for all my needs. I went into this store to purchase a Geek Bar and the man sold me a grey one. I thought this was odd and i went to my car to try it out and turn it on and it was oddly on 75% battery, not juice.
