Been here a few times and was pleased. Went here recently and was recommended a new vape pen product. Everything has been good prior so I trusted their recommendation and took of advantage of buying two for a discount. I was very disappointed with the products as they barely pull/hit. Took them back to exchange for what my go to and they would not allow the exchange. Even worse, the guy (think his name was Jason) put his lips on my pen and started hitting it and gave it back to me.... Bro I don't want to smoking after you especially during a pandemic. I was ready to make my switch from smoking to vaping. I did my research. I was well informed noob, so I thought. I walked in Vape Cabin with my debt card in hand ready to purchase the mod I detailed researched. I was greeted by the salesperson, I told him what I wanted wanted. I also told him that was a Noob. He told me that my choice is perfect for beginners. Then, he started explaining to me why I need to purchase a different atomizer. That's when I became freaked out. I did hours of research on the mod I wanted but never researched the atomizer. I never researched coils and how often I have to swap them out. He gave me all this new information I didn't researched or even think of. I do not like to enter anything new without having basic knowledge about it. As he was giving me about a ten minute lecture on coils, I slowly slid my debt card back in my pocket. "He wasn't ready!!" Prices of atomizers was being thrown at me left and right. For second there I turned to Alan to the casino from "The Hangover", calculating prices in my head. $35 every week or two for coils plus I have to purchase e-juices??? I thought to myself I might as well keep smoking. I went home then researched coils and atomizers. Come to find out I freaked out over nothing. Coil heads replacements are pretty cheap, about $10 for a three packs....smh Customer service at the Vape Cabin is "on point". They don't try to sell you on vaping. They make sure that you are well informed about the lifestyle that you're about to switch to. And I love that aspect about the Vape Cabin. I also love the aspect that they support quitting smoking. I chose the Vape Cabin to start my journey because of that. On Yelp and Google review they have pictures of cases filled with signed partially smoked packs of cigarettes from former smokers. I've recently started to get involved in vaping and his was my first time going into a vape shop. The place is pretty cool and you feel welcomed when walking in. The place is run by two brothers. One of them is named Audi like the car. Audi had helped me through some troubles when I had my tank stuck onto my mod. WARNING do not screw your tank on too hard or it'll never get unstuck. That's what I did and now I have many regrets. Audi helped look through some new mods and described them to me perfectly so that I can understand how to use them. I ended choosing for myself the snow wolf Vfeng 230w with a king tank. I'm very happy about the purchase, Audi also helped me with the price a bit due to my mistake with my old mod. This place is incredibly friendly and they'll always do their best to give you the info you need in vaping, nicotine use, the best choices etc. I'm practically a regular there now. read more
