Do not buy any disposable nicotine devices from here. I've been buying them from here for a while and they were good until the past month. The last 4 Mr. Fog Pros I bought crapped out on me and the last one set my trash can on fire luckily I was home and was able to put it out! Bought a posh pro and same thing happened. It would hit by itself and get super hot thought it might explode. I repeat do not buy their stuff anymore they are buying cheap fake devices. read more

If you are a nicotine fiend, this is the place for you. Tobacco Island has all of the disposable nicotine devices you could imagine. They are always stocked up and available. They also have a huge glass selection and it is buy one get one free most of the time. All the small trinkets you need/want for your smoke is all here. I did not receive her name but the girl will long brown hair and glasses is so so nice. She is always asking if i need help and giving me information on the devices when needed. Today I was at the Schererville shop and my card got declined and she whispered to me that it had been declined. It was such a kind gesture to not embarrass me, my card ended up working (I promise I'm not broke lol) and she wished me a good day. 6/5 stars!!! read more

I bought a posh plus, it didn't work and I went back the next day to exchange it . They told me that they weren't able to exchange it and the best they could do is give me 15% off for a new one . I told them to open it up to see for themselves that the juice is still there, to prove that I wasn't lying because clearly they taught I was. I also showed them that the light wouldn't blink as if it would when the posh dies . I even had the receipt but they still refused to exchange it. read more

I came in for glass, and got a two for one special on water pipes. I bring it home to test out the percolation on one, as I got duplicates, and I decided to bring it back because the second perc didn't function and sounded rather like a toilet. They told me I couldn't trade them in for anything despite never being used, just for the fact I put water in one. Jess was nice enough to swap out the dry water pipe, a bitter-sweet memento of my mishap choosing a "nicotine palace" with shoddy, improper, imported glass. I say this because when I was able to test that second pipe's percolators: I found the showerhead percolator at the base was useless and seemed to function as a straw that chugs water up to the basin in the neck of the pipe. Filling up the pipe was tricky enough, but when I tried draining the water, a decent amount got stuck in the basin, and it won't budge, no matter the method. This leads me to believe it is a defect or just some physical form of percolation vomit spewed by some clueless, bunk glassblower overseas. Usually, a caring store will let you test the percolation of said pipe in-shop, such as Smoke219, a place that specializes in glass blowing. Had I known about Smoke219 first, I could've avoided that fiasco, and given my support to local, talented glassblowers sooner! To conclude, Tobacco Island is a decent nicotine/vape store, with all sorts of cool CBD products, smoking gadgets, etc.(tad pricey, but quality). I'd give them 3 stars for that aspect. When it comes to glass inquiries, run in the other direction! If you do buy glass here, go simple with your glass or you might get some abomination that has no functionality. You should be able to run water through glass at stores for testing aeration, and this store is not one of them! read more

It's hard to miss it when there are an estimated gazillion yellow and black billboards building up the anticipation. Once inside this bleak sex haven, you'll find your old-hat items like dilldos, lingerie, porn, sex games and so on. But, then, ohhhh then, there are items that will leave you scared - like "80 pounds of ass & sdffsdflj" - a lifesize, yet headless, body with "holes in all the right places." Or a butt plug large enough for Big Foot (assuming Big Foot also comes with a Big Ass). Ya know, as dirty as I left feeling (hand sanetizer by the door as you leave), it's worth a stop to learn about this whole other world out there. I went in the day before the new laws took effect and they were completely honest, knowledgeable and were 100% ready for the new changes! The staff will spend as long as it takes to make you happy and never try to over sell you stuff you don't need. They are staffed to handle busy times of the day, so no wasting time for staff to help or educate people. Their prices are very close to what you'd find online, so I don't bother ordering online. The place may be a bit hard to find if you've never been there before, but do yourself a favor and call them or google their location. You will not regret it and it will become your "go to" place for mods and E-liquids. It's super easy to sample every single flavor they offer for sale, so you'll never be disappointed. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

They don't even give reward/loyalty points/dollars on your orders. I've NEVER been to a dispensary that didn't give samples or that ROUND UP to the nearest dollar. Although I was in and out, I wonder how much that rounding up adds up to at the end of the day per customer.

I feel as an older unwise person, I was taken advantage of. The weed bud quality is very poor in…read moresize, had stems and was poor quality. I was told one thing by him as he did the computer for me, but was given lesser quality lesser THC and cost more then what he said it was , I actually had to say no to a second 3.5 as the total was more then he originally said. He was charming, however not honest. I literally drive to here for the 4/20 sale , and a first time customer. I wasn't given the 30% off first time customer and was not given my senior discount either. Needless to say they how me some money back, as it's not right to do that as a customer. Not a happy customer at all!
