Patrick is knowledgeable about and stands behind every product in his store. If you buy it and it inexplicably fails the next day, he'll replace it and then investigate said inexplicable failure to make sure it doesn't happen to another one of his customers. In addition to giving great Netflix suggestions, Aaron has this uncanny ability to immediately identify what I've done to F up my tank/battery/mod and then advises me how to fix it.
