She put the phone down and I could hear her talking to other customers. I thought she was going to check on the hydrangeas. But, she never returned. I continued to wait and could clearly hear her talking to customers. It is now 3:28pm and I am still on hold listening. I didn't want to be too hasty, but I truly believe she detected my race and disregard me- forcing me to hang up. I will never do business with them and will not recommend.
