I've stopped in here multiple times for random items I needed. Are they the best prices in town, no, but it's convient and anything I need is always in stock. I feel like they have a good selection of various glass pipes, hookahs, juice, and other odds and ends you might need. Like most smoke shops if you are buying a few items they will give you a discount. I wish I knew what the guys name is that works there with the longer hair but he is great! Everytime I go in I have like a 10 minute random conversation with him and always leave laughing. I've never had a bad experience and continue to stop in about twice a month. The reason I docked it a star only because I wish the prices were a bit better and more competitive for the location it's in. But honestly that won't stop me from being a happy customer. read more

They have a great selection of hookah flavors and they have a selection of actual hookahs as well. The staff was pretty helpful. The prices aren't the cheapest, but it's still not bad. Just stopped at this place today, DONT GO THERE. Their vapes are fake and burnt, and extremely over priced. Also tried the vape when I walked out and it was already burnt. Walked right back in to exchange and they just looked at me crazy and said they couldn't replace it because I walked out of the store (even though I walked back in, in less than a minute). There are plenty of other smoke shops around the area, personally I recommend "Cheyenne Smoke Shop" the one off of Rainbow, prices are much cheaper, customer service is amazing there, and your vape will always work. I bought a "water piece" from this store about a week in a half ago. The piece was so poorly made that it is breaking at every joint (where it connects). I have barely used it. I have bought multiple pieces from this store that have lasted and never complained. Called to see if they would let me exchange it or seven offers a discount on another item (since I wouldn't buy the same one). To the owner, as a fellow entrepreneur, the middle aged condescending man that people have complained about is the gentleman named Chris. Bad for business. The only reason why I come back is because of my positive interactions with you, the owner, and more than anything, the young gentleman, Dalton. He has helped numerous times and always finds time to greet, regardless of how busy it is. Now for Chris, he's very knowledgeable, I give him that. He is great with math as well (which it seems he tries really hard to display), but my issue with him is his lack of consistency (today's visit he said he couldn't do deals because of the time of year it is?) and condescending attitude that comes out when your trying to get simple information about something. His one-up demeanor is a turn off, and the owner needs more people like dalton if he wants to make more sales and generate return customers. If you couldn't tell, I live in the area, I'm a return customer and try to avoid coming in here unless absolutely necessary. I will literally walk out if dalton and Kevin aren't here. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same as the prices are on average slightly higher than most head shops. read more

Over the years i have countlessly bought things from this store because it was right next to my house. Well I finally regret giving them any of my money in the first place. I have bought several vapes from this store ( 9 out of 10 times they were faulty and broken) i have bought glass from them ( cracked/ poor quality) and also bought a torch from here that caught on fire and almost blew up in my hand. No matter how much broken shit i bought i always tried to give them another chance but that is no more. I have never written a review about anything but ive had it with this place. I like this dude. He's a good guy, always friendly to me and he's willing to give you a deal on a few somethings every now and then. Them staying open till midnight is cool and they're in a pretty good spot. Their glass selection is on point and and when I was looking for an ash catcher for my new water pipe, this dude hooked me up: first he asked me which size I needed ( I wasn't sure. ) then he shows me some selections and points out his no refunds sign to me saying, "I love money, but I like customers more." That interaction right there moved this guy's shop to my first choice in smoke shops around my house. I was able to go home, get my bowl and bring back to his shop to compare. I consistently come here, because it's close, for there hookah selection which is decent. But I will say if I have the time I'd rather go house of smokes in Henderson but that's too far. For hookah its really good, wide selection of pipes but there tobacco.... only fumari and starbuzz, im more of a haze and tangiers type of guy. Serves in a pinch but for my peferences id rather go to house of smokes even if it's on the other side of town because I'm all about the hookah. read more
