There's a reason why I go exactly wherever this store moves to. They've handled all my stuff and from the beginning they've been more than accommodating. They let me build my own coils, sample anything, makes good recommendations, and brings in the stuff customers recommend. Any and all business owners have to follow the trends in their prospective markets, and all my tanks and RDA's have been from here and worked great for the last 8 years. When RDA's were the way to go, they had em in stock. When people switched up to sub-ohm tanks, they had em. When people switched to pods, they started to carry immediately. So for all those people who have given this store anything less than a 5 star rating, you should probably check how you're using your mods or juices. A store can be out of stock, maybe they haven't received shipment yet... I'm sorry the ups guy is late or someone else bought the last one and you can't have yours. The cotton needs to be wicked throughly and well for you to taste the flavor, not just fill up the juice and expect to have your flavor crystals come gushing out. The ambience of the store is fine. This ain't a Michellen star restaurant with table side cape juice services. You wanna class it up, stop smoking... a little dust from the window has nothing to do with your vaping experience. Maybe they were throwing it out later, who knows... just silly, unjustified reasons and remarks from noob vapers who don't know what they're talking about. It did not work from the day I opened it, December 25,2017. When I took it back to the store I was flatly and rudely refused a refund. This was after following the enclosed directions to the letter, time and time again. My nephew has been Vaping since the inception of this technology. He has owned nine of these devices. I let him take a look at it and he was able to get a small amount of noxious fumes from it, he immediately choked on whatever was being spewed out of the mouth piece. Obviously this "gift" that was purchased at Vapor-Tek was not functioning correctly. The rude, inconsiderate owner of this joint spoke perfect english, however when I insisted on an immediate refund he acted as if I was speaking in some form of alien language. I totally agree with MmSqawd M. on His or Her review. Their review of Vapor-Tek is "Business as usual", at this dubious store. Go elsewhere my Vape friends, because you will be ripped off. If you are not ripped off on the main unit, you will be ripped off on these "bathroom made juices. I can't even fathom how they are still in business. Went in to buy some new juices and the guy said you can't sample any of the house juices but swore they tasted really good. Should have been my first thought of "hmm odd that you can't sample them" but I went with it and bought 3 flavors. Got home and tried one out..it was suppose to be cotton candy..tasted like straight cotton. Dumped that out and decided to try the marshmallow..I'm not even sure how to describe how that tasted but it was just nasty. I'm still debating on if I should attempt the 3rd flavor which is suppose to be whipped cream. read more

My vape tank broke (dropped it) and I was desperate! I just quit smoking and had just started vaping and didn't want to run to the store for cigs. I looked on Yelp for the closest shop and this place was the closest - less than a mile away! The guy who helped me was so nice and patient because I didn't know what I needed. I was going to just buy a whole new aspire tank set for $35. But he advised me that he could just order me a new replacement tank for only around $12. I really appreciated his honesty. They could have just sold me something more expensive just to make a profit but didn't. Plus he let me borrow a spare tank in the meantime since it would be about a week for my order to come in. Score! Only reason it's not 5 stars is that they were sold out of my tank size and I have to wait. But I still am very impressed by his customer service, honesty and helpfulness! This place is great for pretty much all your vape needs! They have a decent selection and CAN ORDER anything for you! Just tell Tae, the owner.
