I've been a patient of his since I was in high school, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he is one of the most exceptional people I've ever met. Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. On top of the outstanding care, the entire practice is a dream to work with. The office is beautiful and always perfectly clean. The front desk workers are phenomenal--they are always on top of whatever I need, from prescriptions to scheduling. Speaking of which, I have never had an issue getting an appointment; Dr. Festa always has availability. And so never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes max! I've also never had a problem with my insurance, as they take many different providers. I am so profoundly grateful for Dr. Festa. I actually look forward to my monthly appointments. He is the gold standard for what a Primary Care Physician should be. I recommend him and his practice to everyone and anyone in search of a PCP or one of the many other specialties he offers.

However, I do feel it's important to be honest about the front desk experience. There is one receptionist who answers the phone and tends to be unfriendly, which unfortunately discourages people, my daughter included, from wanting to schedule appointments. It's disappointing, especially when the medical care here is outstanding. Cheryl was always a favorite, warm, kind, and welcoming, and I truly miss her. Susan is also wonderful and treats patients with the same kindness and respect we all deserve. When patients walk into a doctor's office, they're often dealing with pain, fear, or vulnerability. He told me I could not make an appt. because Medicare would not cover it. I told him they would as they cover mammograms every year and PAP test every 2 years. And since I PAID OUT OF POCKET in 2023 for the exam they should cover it. He was beyond rude and said no I cannot give you an appt. because it's not covered. Like who the HELL is he to tell me what is covered and what isn't. I asked to speak to office staff he says NO. I said I have been going to Dr. Martin for 8 years and I need to make an appt. He says (mind you this is June 2024) that there are no appts. until next year and hung up.....OK so I decided to take it a step further. I wrote a personal and confidential note to Dr. Martin explaining what happened and how disappointed I was that I could no longer go to her because I was not allowed to make an appt. with her office without going through the red tape in Calcutta, India......Of course she never answered me either. She is just part of the CAMPUS now.....which is Summit Medical CORPORATE that now owns their staff. They are instructed to see one patient every 10 minutes whether they like it or not...Very sad that this is what doctors will do for a paycheck. He always took his time with me…read more One drawback is they do not take insurance but Dr. Drake would actually take off some of the money for me. I was always touched by that. My health issue wasn't resolved but not due to him. He tried various tests, treatments, and surgeries. But still I seriously recommend him. Truly a great man and doctor.

Excellent physicians!…read more I happen to be somewhat of an insider regarding local ENT surgeons given my job which sees some time in the operating room. I have no business affiliation whatsoever with any surgeons, by the way. Dr. Presti is an awesome physician in many ways - from his doctor knowledge base and surgical skill, medical training, to his composure under pressure and great patient bedside manner. His partner Dr. Drake is also great. They both try to do a great job operating and don't hurry for the sake of hurrying, unlike a few surgeons who shall remain nameless. Because of the above, I chose Dr. Presti for my own septoplasty and turbinate operation recently. He did an awesome job. His office has been very organized and thorough from the get go and followup after surgery has been great as well.

I was probably a lot younger than the people he saw all day but he still took the time with me and treated me really well, and was always willing to work with me on medications as respiratory issues can be very expensive. Office is nicely decorated and clean. Front desk were friendly and helpful. As for Dr. B, he took his time.. Went over things, and explained everything. I always feel so rushed when I see my primary doc. so far, i've been feeling great, and my follow up visit was just the same as my first visit. Defintely recommend Dr. B
