I was treated so wonderfully by the service tech. They changed my oil, filter and did the complimentary 29 point inspection. Went to pay and was told everything was complimentary of Joseph. It took less than 45 minutes total. I've NEVER had bad service at Joseph. So all I can say is those who say Joseph stinks are FOS (full of shit). Cashiers were wonderful and the man who checks with people waiting for their cars deserves a raise. PERSONAL service from him is beyond excellent!

Also, Jonathan my rep, told me of 2 cars I had wanted to see were NOT certified and not being accepted or good enough to sell. Well why were they on the website as certified? WHY are they still for sale now?! What does certify mean to Joesph Chevrolet? Nothing the same as you as the customer mean nothing. Bring your wallet!

Then charges high down payments and "in house" financing (which is really just his money) and then when the car breaks down he will claim he knew nothing about it or use it to have you pay more money to him to get fixed. Brought him a customer and because the customer returned the car because the engine was taped together and leaking oil (even after he claimed it was a good car) he then decided to come and take my car back in retaliation. Claimed i missed two payments, we spoke on the phone and I cleared the issue he never looked at his account bc he doesn't keep accurate records i sent screen shots that i paid and still came to get the car bc he was angry that the person returned the car. The car he sold me had a known recall and over heated but i was going to get it fixed and continue payment but bc he is petty and a liar he took the car just because. If you work hard for your money the idea that on a whim someone will take your car to prove they can is beyond bad business it's illegal. RUNNNNN AWAY GET A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE ON EARTH BUT HERE! Recently, we had purchase a used car for our daughter and wanted to make sure it had good tires…read more We stopped by this Tire Discounters location and had gotten several welcome surprises. First, Cam, the store manager was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even gave us a great deal. The tires we were looking at cost more than the promotion on better tires, and he let us know. We were able to get the better tires and drove the car home (to our garage), Saturday. Saturday night, we found out the new front passenger tire had gone completely flat. Sunday morning, we called AAA, who put the spare on, and I made an online appointment with Tire Discounters -- same location. Monday morning, I contacted John and explained the situation. Not only did they pick up the vehicle, they fixed the tire and looked over the car to make sure everything was running right. They also fixed a heating problem due to a radiator flush. They dropped off the car the same day, which provided my family and I much needed peace of mind. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in for our family's new addition. Thanks to Cam, John and the rest of the crew at this Tire Discounters facility. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to take your vehicle. You will be glad you did.
