I just purchased our second vehicle from Fuller Ford in the past five years. We bought our Transit van in 2017, and were very pleased with FF both in terms of our sales experience, and our interactions with the service department. I had gone online and "built" a 2024 Ford Maverick, and took my printout in and sat down with Emily (we'd bought our van from her Dad). When she went through the order online, she actually came up with a little smaller number than mine. Good start! She explained the whole process and told me to expect a wait of 9-12 months. I received a call from Emily before Thanksgiving that there was a Maverick on the lot in the Terrain color, which I'd expressed interest in seeing. Long story short, the truck was available, and had everything I wanted. My wait ended up being only two months. Emily sat with us in the truck and went through everything in terms of operating the truck ( a lot different from my '95 Tacoma). She made a point of saying if I had any questions or concerns to call her. And as an extra bonus, instead of the usual one or two gallons of gas, she's filled the tank. Another nice perk! I highly recommend Fuller Ford both in terms of the sales experience and the service department, and I recommend contacting Emily for a low key, no pressure sales experience. Highly disappointed with the service provided at Fuller Ford in Cincinnati, OH. We've had multiple issues on our motor homes F-53 Chassis and they basically put bandaids on it instead of looking for the root cause. Our unit only has 5k miles and we've had the spark plugs replaced (twice), wiring and smart junction box yet we get a misfire code every other month. Came here for a side swipe repair. The representative, Kurt, was great and was able to manage everything in a timely, responsible manner. When I went and picked my car after hours, the car battery was dead. A friend jumped my car for me and I immediately got my battery tested. The battery, starter, and alternator were perfectly fine. I assumed they left a light on in my car. Manager did nothing to offer any sort of reimbursement for my waste of time and jumper cables I had to buy. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. read more

They even had a cool feature where I could check on my car's progress through a webcam - how innovative is that? My experience working with Fuller Ford was not ideal. I purchased a dump body from them, and after asking frequently for photos of the body that was being installed I received no such photos. I expressed my concern with the build of this body upon seeing it in person, but again received no assistance in fixing the issue. Now after only a few months of ownership I'm already dealing with issues. The body was not built strong enough, and now I'm stuck dealing with the issues. read more

I had the best experience here this week. I filled out an online form to schedule my appointment and heard back from them the same day via email. When I came in at 8am and told them I would be waiting, they quickly diagnosed the problem and told me it was still under warranty. A part was ordered and I could bring the car back 2 days later for the repair. I was out the door in 20 minutes. I showed up at 8am 2 days later, they remembered me and told me they'd get right to it. I was out the door that time in 45 minutes, signed a receipt and paid nothing! I had purchased my car from another local Ford dealer who had initially told me I would need to wait one month for an appointment. Fuller Ford was able to fit in both of these appointments within a week of my initial inquiry. I can not say enough great things about the service, from scheduling throughout the repair process. Beware of employee theft with no reimbursement and they don't fully listen to your problem to get to root cause of why a brand new vehicle is malfunctioning. Many repeated questions to diagnose problem, questions that did not apply to the situation. As far as the theft- they Blamed tow company for stolen items and then blamed break in. Tow company had no access to the car since the battery was dead and everything is keyless. No signs of forcible entry. Encouraged not to file a police report? Really? Never again. I have used Fuller Ford Service Dept to maintain my company vehicles for several years. They are usually able to get my vehicle in to the shop within a day. Repairs are done quickly and I have not had any problems with their work. Probably not the cheapest in town but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. The worst service department and customer service I have ever experienced. If they are not lying to your face they are literally stealing the items out of your car. I spoke with the GM S.H. and he is a complete jerk as well as T.S. the service manager I don't know if they are apart of the family or just got lucky but S.H. and T.S. The service manager will literally rob you blind. They blame everything on the tow truck drivers and other employees as well as "out dated" security system and when confronted with their own lies they become aggressive and very hard to deal with ( I assume it's hard to cover your tracks with so many lies). It's a sad dealership and I hope other employees are looking for other means of income beside Fuller Ford if you are thinking about giving them your business do not do it, those two are crooks even the CPD confirmed the thievery at Fuller Ford. Make the drive go to Kerry, Woody, or any other ford dealer in any other state. Fuller Ford is the reason every honest salesman, service team, and dealership have a bad stereotype in this industry. I use my car very infrequently being a downtown resident. I have a 1995 car that has 33,000 miles on it. I take it in for a full checkup once a year around Christmas. I have always been impressed with the service I get at Fuller Ford. Normally, I wait for my car but a couple of years ago when I went It need a little more work so they gave me a lift home and picked me up later in the day when it was ready. If you live or work downtown or close by there they offer this service. This year they had to order a part (the struts for my hatchback and as old as my car is they do not make then anymore but they did find someone who had them). I could not go back until the next week, so they told me to just come back when I can. I called right before I left home to make sure they could install them and when I went there they got them in, in about 20 minutes. Based on my experience, they will not tell you, you need something done you do not need to and never try to push something that can wait awhile, if you do want to spend the money now. Also, their prices seem very reasonable too. As long as I own my current car I will keep going there. read more

The Fuller Ford service is about the best I could ever hope for. They do things right the first time plus they pay attention to me as a person. I don't know a lot about cars so they are great about telling me things I need to do without recommending unnecessary things and they explain things in a way that I can understand them. Most impressively they go over and above to make sure that I'm safe and well cared for. For example, when they have known that I'm heading off on a long trip, they have taken the time to make sure I have the 1-800 Ford Roadside Assistance # handy and have even suggested that if I am unsure about anything that is being recommended or done to solve any problem, I should call them from where ever I am and they will do what they can to help. I bought a brand new car there, two days later the transmission burned up at only 200 miles on the car , had to have the car towed 40 miles to the dealership , then pay for a cab to my home, and they think you should keep this piece of crap car that Ford knows is defective and dangerous. Hello everyone Fuller Ford did an excellent job on repairing my side view mirror a couple of weeks ago. I also had an inspection done by then on my 2011 Ford Fusion. I paid 175 for the repair. However after the inspection was completed one of their specialist came out and gave me a inflated run down on what needed to be done on my car. Your brakes are shot you need back calibers back brakes 690.00 front brakes 400.00 front end alignment 130.00. Well I decided to get a second opinion. Took my car to tire discounters , I needed back calibers and back brake pads and a slight front end alignment and they told me I didn't need front brakes at all. All for the price of 379. So make sure ladies you always get a second opinion. And from the words of my wise Dad who was a mechanic never take your car to the dealership they will fix what's wrong with it and tear up something else so you will have to keep bringing it back read more

Fuller Ford attempted to have me authorize them to fix over $2500+ labor for a parts for a complete braking system overhaul that did not need repair. After hearing the scare tactic of a speech from the service advisor, I took my truck to two separate ASE certified mechanic shops who both stated that the repairs stated were not needed, and showed no signs "severe rust" that needed to be fixed ASAP. Both mechanic shops feel this was an attempt to defraud myself and authorize repairs that were not needed. Shame on you Fuller Ford! read more

Crooks. Technicians up to mangers lied to my face about some parts they claimed to replace when I had documentation that they had already replaced them on my previous visit. Nobody was willing to admit that they either lied about replacing them on the last visit and charged me or that they were lying about replacing them on the current visit. Either way, they clearly showed their crookedness and lack of wanting to handle it correctly. Makes me wonder how much of the nearly $8000 total of vehicle work I paid for during the 3 visits was made up crap and bloated billing. I have not been back since. read more
