From talking too Dawn, Tammy and Miram this whole experience has been horrible. There not understanding & they don't listen. I have been dealing with them for 2 months & nothings has been accomplished. I personally do not recommend TOC & they only care about the movie not the person. If you read my review from last month it goes into detail how this company is.

Seriously I could…read morenever say enough good things about Dr. Mosier and his office staff and this review is long overdue. I have wanted a breast reduction for the last 20 years. I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! Could never say thank you enough! You've changed my life!

I chose Dr. Reid after a lot of research on doctors that had experience with the type of skin that has been "almost ruined" (my own words) from being stretched so much from weight and also doctors that managed pain well, because I'm a big baby! Dr. Reid also is incredibly warm and friendly, in addition to being BRILLIANT! When you're looking into plastic surgery of any kind you initially go "good Lord that's expensive", BUT... I will say this, you're going to see those nurses and that surgeon SO MANY times post-op and not be charged any more. They will answer emails and phone calls to calm you down and fit you in same day if you're experiencing any kind of concerns and just want them to take a look. I've never healed as well from anything... not even a paper cut, as well as I have from this surgery. I know Dr. Reid uses a special fancy pants cutting tool that aids in healing better, and wow...I can tell. I also highly recommend you ask for the information of the private nurse that you can hire to take care of you after surgery. If I hadn't done that for the first 24 hrs my family would have been sooo overwhelmed. They can get you her info, I don't want to give it out, as she's a separate business, but this just shows how much they care about the success of their patients...by offering extra support that can help you. Their office also is a big fan of lymphatic massage, which I'm all in for. They have a person on staff that does it and I think she helped my healing a ton as well! I still have a long way to go, as this type of surgery has long term swelling, but I've come so far. I can't say enough wonderful words about this team. They are amazing, kind, and exactly what I was looking for. When you're visiting doctors to find the right fit, give Dr. Reid a shout, you won't regret it, he and his team are wonderful! From start to finish, the communication and support were exceptional. Before the surgery, the team texted and called to check on me, provided detailed paperwork about the procedure and risks, and thoroughly reviewed my medical history. I never felt rushed, and Dr. Franco truly listened to my concerns. He was kind, patient, and reassuring through the entire process. This was my first-ever cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. I flew in from Denver because I didn't feel confident in my local options, and after a lot of research, I found Dr. Franco through Bliss, which connects patients with vetted and highly reputable plastic surgeons. I immediately felt I made the right choice. My pre-op appointment was smooth and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, and they brought me back almost immediately. Dr. Franco walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. On the day of surgery, even though I was anxious, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team from the nurses to the nurse anesthetist to Dr. Franco himself , made me feel safe and supported. They were warm, professional, and attentive. I'm currently one day post-op, and everything is going great. The results already look promising, and I'm excited to see how everything continues to heal. I'll update later in my recovery, but so far I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're considering surgery and want a surgeon who is skilled, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Franco and the team at Austin Plastic Surgeon.

There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

From the first moment I walked in on surgery day -- the experience was different. It was JUST ME in the surgery center! I got 100% individual attention. The waiting area reminded me more of a waiting area for a massage. Very calm and relaxed... the team was friendly, comfortable and casual. It all put me very at ease. The surgery experience and pain management experience was flawless. I actually took one advil after surgery... and I don't think I even needed it. The staff is hyper professional and pleasant. I waited over a year before writing this review because I understood that plastic surgery results take time to settle, and the one-year mark is generally when final results can be more fairly evaluated. Unfortunately, even after giving my body that time, my experience and results remain very disappointing. I want to be clear that I was happy with my body before surgery. I did not seek out surgery because I disliked myself or expected perfection. I chose Dr. Fisher because her practice was woman-owned and because she appeared to specialize in natural-looking, reconstructive-style results. I still like my body, but after spending around $20,000, I do not feel the changes to my body reflect the cost, expectations, or level of care I believed I was choosing. I also do not feel that I went in requesting an extreme or drastic transformation. I was already fit and in shape, and I was seeking subtle refinements - not a full-body makeover. That is part of why the visible scarring, asymmetry, and overall outcome have been so disappointing. For the amount I paid, I expected thoughtful, precise changes that aligned with what we discussed. Before surgery, I made it very clear that scarring was one of my biggest concerns. I was specifically told that the liposuction entry sites would be "freckle-sized," microscopic, and/or hidden. That was not my outcome. The liposuction scars are very visible and clearly surgical. They are identical and placed in the exact same spots on both sides of my body -including my upper butt, lower butt, and pubic area. Because they are symmetrical and positioned identically, they do not look like natural blemishes or tiny marks. They clearly appear to be surgical scars, which was exactly what I expressed concern about before surgery. I was also left with three large vertical scars on my upper inner thigh that are approximately several inches long. I did not originally request inner-thigh liposuction, but during consultation I was told many women like taking a small amount of fat from that area, so I agreed. I never expected to end up with large visible scars in that location. In regard to my breast augmentation, I communicated that I wanted to be a full C cup with more fullness on top because I have a muscular build. I discussed wanting closer to 350-400cc implants, but ended up with smaller implants than expected. When I later expressed disappointment about the size, I was told I could "always go bigger later." That comment was frustrating because going bigger is not as simple as sizing up a pair of shoes. It would mean paying for an entirely new surgery, going under anesthesia again, and going through another recovery process. That is not a small or casual fix, especially when sizing was something I tried to be very clear about before surgery. My breasts are also uneven, with one hanging noticeably lower than the other. On my left side, I can feel the implant in a way that makes the skin feel thin and stretched, almost as if the pocket was placed too low or the tissue was stretched too much. The asymmetry and overall result were not what I expected. At my follow-up appointment, when I tried to explain how upsetting the experience and results had been for me, Dr. Fisher became emotional and cried during the appointment. While I understand surgeons are human, the appointment did not feel solution-focused and it became uncomfortable trying to discuss my concerns. During that same appointment, Nurse Hawna repeatedly attempted to lift her shirt to show me her own breast implant scars after I had already declined seeing them multiple times. I told her several times that I did not need to see them, but she continued insisting. I found the interaction uncomfortable and confusing, especially because her scars were much smaller than mine and she stated they were still visible after 10 years. I did not understand how that addressed my concerns. When I later requested my medical records, I was surprised by how limited and one-sided the notes felt. The records mostly documented my complaints and emotional reactions, but did not fully reflect the conversations about expectations, scarring concerns, sizing discussions, or what was communicated to me before surgery and during follow-up appointments. Overall, I do not feel my results matched what I was told to expect, particularly regarding scarring, symmetry, implant sizing, and post-operative communication. I wish I had been given more realistic expectations before agreeing to these procedures.
