7 days post op! The whole staff has been so wonderful and my massages have been a godsend. SO painful but SO worth it. Keep in mind you WILL need to invest in a solid aftercare treatment. Will post a month update

NOTICE IT SAYS ANY PROCEDURE!!! She says in the video ALL PROCEDURES 10% OFF!

I am writing this review which I never do unless I am REALLY FRUSTRATED OR REALLY HAPPY! I am REALLY FRUSTRATED ! I have been trying to book and pay my down payment for surgery for last 2 days. I want 2 procedures. All I wanted was to pay the proper amount to the proper doctor. This was not obtainable. I regret that because I was really looking forward to meeting with Dr Charepoo and working with him to meet my body surgery goals. I love his before and afters and feel that it would have been a good fit. I kept receiving invoices with the wrong amount and even the wrong doctor. Yes I had changed doctors due to scheduling on the doctors part. But a Surgical CORDINATOR should be able to keep up . Especially if she is floating out money numbers and estimates! I received wrong numbers for what I thought was Dr Charepoo? However another staff member pointed out it was the wrong doctor and wrong location!! This is all I want/ed... Two procedures With 10% off This is what is advertised see the video below . Doesn't exclude anything! The CORDINATOR would not honor this . She would only give 10% off on 1 procedure . When I asked her to reduce the second procedure 10% she said that is 20% ? What? No it's 10% off two procedures. Then she changed the name of the second procedure to an add on . No It's a different area, different procedure . I even looked up what qualifies as a procedure . I kept trying to communicate with her but she would not reply. I found out her shift was over . Today tried again to resolve the matter and explain to them this is what is advertised. She said the sale is over I didn't buy yesterday. Are you kidding? I asked her why would I pay for the wrong amount of money to the wrong doctor? I have tried other numbers . Keep getting routed back to her . Even though they have clinic numbers listed you can't get beyond the call center to resolve anything. Obviously I don't believe Dr Charepoo knows anything about this? I am sure he would fix it if he did. They shouldn't advertise things they will not honor!

This is BBL with Lipo 360, one day post op.

Seriously I could…read morenever say enough good things about Dr. Mosier and his office staff and this review is long overdue. I have wanted a breast reduction for the last 20 years. I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! Could never say thank you enough! You've changed my life!

I chose Dr. Reid after a lot of research on doctors that had experience with the type of skin that has been "almost ruined" (my own words) from being stretched so much from weight and also doctors that managed pain well, because I'm a big baby! Dr. Reid also is incredibly warm and friendly, in addition to being BRILLIANT! When you're looking into plastic surgery of any kind you initially go "good Lord that's expensive", BUT... I will say this, you're going to see those nurses and that surgeon SO MANY times post-op and not be charged any more. They will answer emails and phone calls to calm you down and fit you in same day if you're experiencing any kind of concerns and just want them to take a look. I've never healed as well from anything... not even a paper cut, as well as I have from this surgery. I know Dr. Reid uses a special fancy pants cutting tool that aids in healing better, and wow...I can tell. I also highly recommend you ask for the information of the private nurse that you can hire to take care of you after surgery. If I hadn't done that for the first 24 hrs my family would have been sooo overwhelmed. They can get you her info, I don't want to give it out, as she's a separate business, but this just shows how much they care about the success of their patients...by offering extra support that can help you. Their office also is a big fan of lymphatic massage, which I'm all in for. They have a person on staff that does it and I think she helped my healing a ton as well! I still have a long way to go, as this type of surgery has long term swelling, but I've come so far. I can't say enough wonderful words about this team. They are amazing, kind, and exactly what I was looking for. When you're visiting doctors to find the right fit, give Dr. Reid a shout, you won't regret it, he and his team are wonderful! From start to finish, the communication and support were exceptional. Before the surgery, the team texted and called to check on me, provided detailed paperwork about the procedure and risks, and thoroughly reviewed my medical history. I never felt rushed, and Dr. Franco truly listened to my concerns. He was kind, patient, and reassuring through the entire process. This was my first-ever cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. I flew in from Denver because I didn't feel confident in my local options, and after a lot of research, I found Dr. Franco through Bliss, which connects patients with vetted and highly reputable plastic surgeons. I immediately felt I made the right choice. My pre-op appointment was smooth and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, and they brought me back almost immediately. Dr. Franco walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. On the day of surgery, even though I was anxious, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team from the nurses to the nurse anesthetist to Dr. Franco himself , made me feel safe and supported. They were warm, professional, and attentive. I'm currently one day post-op, and everything is going great. The results already look promising, and I'm excited to see how everything continues to heal. I'll update later in my recovery, but so far I couldn't ask for a better experience. She even shared with me her personal experience with the same procedure I am having to include before and after photos. Very impressive!!! She said multiple times that I will not have a flat smooth stomach after the lipo and tummy tuck. I assured her that was not my expectation. I just want my clothes to fit nicely. I am 59 years old and showing off my belly isn't something I will be doing They charge per area and when I suggested we add my upper arms to the list Yvonne said I would not be happy as the skin will sag and I will have scars. My experiences with Dr. Bea have been outstanding. Her thorough testing and explanations related to hearing aid assistance overall were great, as she also explained the hearing aid products that would best fit my hearing needs as a result of some hearing loss. In my view, her years of experience working with children with hearing challenges are assets in her work with adults, as she has good "bed-side manners" as an audiologist, carefully and thoroughly "teaching" and explaining the entire process. Once my aids were received and I had to transition in my use of them, she welcomed my follow-up appointments and patiently listened to my questions/concerns, made adjustments to my aids, helped me better understand how to handle and care for them, and urged me to not hesitate coming back or calling her if I had additional questions or concerns. If you are in need of professional audiology services and/or hearing aids and want an outstanding professional, I highly recommend Dr. Bea (Smith). Joseph P.

YIKES! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! or TALK ABOUT LEARNING THE HARD WAY! ZERO STARS…read more Dr. Leeman performed surgery on me to relieve chronic sinusitis. The first two, septoplasty and turbinate reduction, were done in February at St. David's Medical Center in Austin. The third surgery, balloon sinuplasty, said by him and his PA, Matthew Poole, to be "the easiest of the three surgeries," was to be done about a month later at his surgery center on Manor Road . When I awoke from the balloon sinuplasty procedure, Dr. Leeman notified me that he had nicked the wall between the brain and the sinus passage, but that he repaired it. He said that it's fairly common, which Matthew later repeated to me. Dr. Leeman's professional demeanor with his staff, specifically yelling down the hall in an agitated voice at them from the examination room, plus the fact that he was dismissive of my concerns, and gave me questionable advice about flying within one day of the "nick" caused me to seek a second opinion. The patch he placed on the 3 mm hole he put in the wall that protects my brain, failed, and I ended up at Seton ER to have surgery to repair it, and a three-night stay. Further review of the scans of my sinuses after he performed what he told me was "balloon sinuplasty," show that he DIDN'T PERFORM A BALLOON SINUPLASTY BUT ACTUALLY PERFORMED AN ETHMOIDECTOMY, something we NEVER DISCUSSED. HE ALSO REMOVED BONE TISSUE AND THE CILIA WHICH LINE THE SINUS PASSAGES THAT HELP CLEAR THEM OF MUCUS AND DEBRIS, NEITHER OF WHICH CAN BE REPLACED. HE DID THAT FOR NO APPARENT REASON, AND CERTAINLY DID NOT DISCUSS IT WITH ME BEFOREHAND. Two different ENTs have verified to me that a "nick" like the one he created in my sinus cavity is NOT COMMON, in fact happens in less than 1% of the surgeries. CSF leaks (Cerebrospinal Fluid Leaks) can lead to serious, potentially life-threatening complications (meningitis is one) if left untreated. I should have been suspicious right at the start when I arrived at what they called their "satellite office" on 1626 to find the office dark and the door locked. I knocked on the door, and PA Matthew Poole opened it. The office had no furniture and they obviously were not expecting me. Matt looked like he had just come in from a hunting trip, camo jacket, crocs, messy, scraggly hair and beard. He was able to recover quickly and convinced me that he knew what he was talking about. I was desperate to resolve a 6-month bout of chronic sinusitis, and had chosen this doctor specifically because of the location being closer to home. As it turned out, while I was a patient, they were never prepared to see me there, and I ended up having to drive from Buda into Austin for every appointment. Thank god there are plenty of professional ENTs practicing in Austin. The difference in how they practice is night and day. I have been able to get some answers, although sadly I learned too late that I'll never regain the bone and other tissue he removed without my permission! Why is this man still practicing?
