Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees.
