Recently my sister ordered a dumpster and they picked it up 8 hours before the designated time which between the hours of 2pm-5pm. This caused us essentially a full day's work lost. I chopped the mishap up to miscommunication and left it at that. More recently, I ordered a 30yd dumpster for my mother. I gave Nguyen my credit card info the day of the order. The box was dropped off as agreed upon, however I received two voicemails 3 days later requesting my credit card info again. I attempted to return both calls - the first time I was hung up on, the second, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. The next day as I am taking in the trash cans, I was greeted by a young man attempting to take away the dumpster! Mind you, my order was for two full weeks, not 4 days. I again attempted to call customer service and was put on hold. The pickup guy was able to get a response on his first attempt w/out any issue. I am gravely disappointed in how this was situation was handled. Especially since we use their services so frequently. I wasn't informed about an issue with payment until after delivery, nor they inform me that they would be picking up the dumpster early. If only they we be more prompt in answering phones as they are in picking up dumpsters.

On Sunday, I received a call around 12:30pm from their driver who told me he couldn't get here until 3/3:30pm. I said that wouldn't work, and asked to reschedule. The driver said he would call me back in half an hour because he might still make it. At 1:51pm I received a text saying they needed to reschedule and offered me a discount. I asked when they could reschedule. They told me anytime I wanted on Monday. So I rescheduled for 12pm on Monday. At 12pm, no one called or showed up. So I messaged them on Yelp and by text. The response I received on Yelp was to call them. When I called, the rep put me on hold for 7 minutes to look up my appointment only to come back and tell me that they wouldn't be able to show up until maybe 2pm. They've wasted nearly 3 hours of our time on a weekend and wanted us to wait another 2 hours without any assurance that they will actually show up. To add to the frustration, when I told the rep to cancel the quote appointment, she had tithe audacity to tell me to wait on the phone while she entered the cancellation. Just cancel the appointment, and don't make a frustrated customer wait for you to do it! I hate having to write bad reviews but they wasted 3 hours of my time with terrible service and zero results accomplished! We will never consider their services again.
