I was in serious pain, unable to sleep lying down, unable to straighten my head up, for weeks. It was the type of pain where you can focus on nothing else. When I first went to see Dr.Roberts he spent the time to discuss my entire past medical history and what I was continuing to have issues with. He seemed to know a lot about sports injuries which made me feel more confident in choosing him. After taking some x-rays he used roller tables, stretching, and manipulation to help me get back in alignment. Man did I feel good after that! I could def use that a few times a week . The doctor also explained stretches\exercises I should do to keep loose and help strengthen the weaker areas of my back. She is grounded and take the time and energy to truly connect with you, feel what you need and then deliver a beautiful and healing massage.
