This Summer I reached into my shed to get a 6' step ladder. Early the next morning I was in EXTREME pain. I had to "crawl" to the kitchen for water to take a couple aspirin. I am amazed at how much flexibility has returned since starting chiropractor treatments at the Upchurch Chiropractic clinic in Royal Oak on Rochester road between 12 and 13. I can now rotate my head fluently like it has not worked for years. Dr. Upchurch has 30 years of experience and it really shows. He takes great pain in diagnosing what is causing negative symptoms. I was told that I had incurable arthritis by several doctors of medicine. Strangely the arthritis only was in my shoulders and not my legs. Dr. Upchurch showed me on my xrays where my nerves were not transmitting effectively to my left and right shoulders. I know that cures don't happen magically over night. Manipulating the spine to correct posture takes weeks and maybe even several years. I am amazed at how much progress has been made in about 1 month. I plan on continuing treatments indefinitely. Being an accountant, I sit most of the day. I had pain in my right hip and leg and limited range of motion. I have been going to chiropractors for years and have found it to be the only thing that helps stop my low back pain. I have been to some good ones and some that I didn't want to go back to.
