I also give them kudos for offering a recycling program for hangars; now I wish they would not use so many bags for each individual item and bag them all together. I got one of their convenient black bags, so now my husband just puts his dress shirts in there and when it gets pretty full, I drop it off at the Today Cleaners in the marketplace on my way to work. I have been using Today Cleaners for over a decade, and have always loved their service. The prices have went up, but I've stayed a loyal customer because they are always professional and prompt. I gave them 3 stars today because the one time they made a mistake and lost a pair of my pants, they told me there was nothing they could do. They basically told me I must have lost my pants, which is nearly impossible, beings that I only have ONE basket for dry cleaning, rather than a business full of clothing. Just count your clothing items before you drop them off, and to be safe, snap a pic so there's accountability on their behalf. **Update** I was contacted by the owner and the store manager to assist me with this issue, and they offered to credit my account as a loyal customer. They did not have to do that, a simple response would have been fine, but they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Comment: I have been using Today Cleaners for over two years. Each time I go in there I am always met with a smile and a "hello". They are very friendly and helpful. My clothes whether laundered or dry cleaned always come back clean, pressed and wrapped in plastic. Also, if they had to add a button or something else there is always a note with it. In addition I have left things in my pockets and they have them waiting for me when I come in. A nice touch to save money is that they periodically offer coupons and once a year you can put money into your account and get an additional 20% more cleaning. I would definitely recommend Today Cleaners not only for the fine job they do on the clothing but the friendly staff that works there...It's a pleasure! read more

Horrible first impression for a first time customer. Obviously what drew me to this particular business was I loved the fact that I could pickup my clothes the same day that I dropped them off. I liked the fact that their service allows you to never have to get out of your vehicle. For that convenience, I'm giving them the one star. The young lady that greeted us was very short and rude. I was trying to tell her detailed instructions on how I wanted my shirts and pants starched and creased. Rather then listening to what the paying customer needs, she walks off to grab a slip. I specifically asked for heavy starch and creases on my sleeves and my pants. I picked up my clothes later that afternoon and for 4 items was a shocking $28 and some change! The other young employee with tattoos just hung them up in my backseat. She also wasn't very friendly either. Once I got home with my clothes I was extremely disappointed. There was very little to zero starch on any of my four pieces and the sleeves didn't get pressed or creased at all. My pants weren't much better. I could have gotten crooked creases like that on my own by throwing them on the floor overnight. I called to complain and was told to bring them back to have them redone free of charge. FREE?!? I would hope so considering they weren't done correctly the 1st time! Bottom line, I ended up having to press them myself to have them look the way that I paid a service for. In the future I'll just keep my $28.00 in my own pocket. read more

The Assistant Manager was the young lady, who was shopping/checking out in Haggen's grocery store, I spoke to. She had a warm smile and I noticed she was wearing a shirt that had embroidered on it Assist Manager and I believe her name, with Today Cleaners mentioned. I mentioned to her that I have never used that cleaners and did they use that chemical, which use to have a sickening odor to it? She stated that they used Green Earth ; Never the less, I liked her warmth and direct response to my questions. Therefore, I took 6 items to Today Cleaners that next day. The two young ladies working in this particular Today Cleaners were just respectful and uplifting! I loved the service I had gotten in this round of clothing. I took ten shirts in to get heavy starched and pressed with a creased sleeve. When I went to pick them up the shirts had no starch, so I had them redo them. The next day I picked up the shirts and they were starched but poorly pressed and no crease on the sleeve. I do not recommend this dry cleaners. This is not the first time they have had me return for my shirts due to them not doing an adequate job the first time. read more

Drop off service is convenient, yet they will not use the coupon you provide and if you launder shirts you will end up getting charged over 8 bucks for dry cleaning per shirt. Total scam. We need more options in our town. Bait and switch would be a better name. read more

Of course, no curb side service, but, for the price, it can be quite tempting to stray, right? Pricing is ridiculous. Took in 14 tablecloths to be LAUNDERED (not dry cleaned) and some of the tablecloths were quite small. $25 EACH!! $350 total. Unfortunately, I cannot give 0 stars. I would never EVER recommend anyone bring anything here, especially if you'd like it back in wearable condition! I took in a dress to be cleaned. They were concerned about the beading and said they would talk to a manager in the morning and give me a call. I hadn't received a call the next day, so I called to check on the status. Turns out they did wash it and the beading completely fell apart. The first gal I talked to told me it was in a bag, and that it came out during the wash. She assured me that it was cleaned properly, I asked how that was so if it came out of the bag. She then directed me to the supervisor. I asked why they would wash it if they were concerned, she said they generally spot clean items like the one I brought in, but they followed the label. I asked if they generally spot clean, why didn't they do that? I mentioned it coming out of the bag like the first person I spoke to had told me, she said that girl didn't know what she was talking about it and that never happened. She then blamed the dress company and said I needed to return the dress. I understand some items are difficult to clean, but they shouldn't have put a beaded dress through dry clean if they were at all concerned!
