Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership. We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed. Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today. The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better. I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start.

Our salesman followed us, asking continual questions after explaining we were insure as of yet. I know this is their job and no fault there, but I am more of a ask us if we need help, tell us where you'll be and allow us to talk openly with our partner amongst ourselves until we decide.
