I was looking for outdoor lounge chairs to replace my old sunburnt ones I recently tossed. I ended up buying 4 of these beautiful lounge chairs with this terrycloth like fabric. Absolutely awesome looking. They were on sale plus I asked the woman if she could mark them down any more because I was buying 4. She said ok and marked down an additional $30 off each chair. Wow very impressed. Just goes to show that their is no harm in asking. So then I pulled to the back with my van to pick them up. And whoa they have a huge warehouse with inventory out the wazoo. They brought out my new lounge chairs still in boxes and helped put them in my van. Everyone that helped me here was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for outdoor furniture to come check this place out. Also I found out that they will reupholster lounge chairs for only $159 and regular chairs for $99. Pretty good to know for the future. Very happy with my new lounge chairs and the entire buying experience here.

This company sold us a couch and lied to us about a protection plan. We have a special needs child…read moreand didn't want to buy a leather couch because he can be destructive on furniture. We were given a pamplet advertising that any rip stain or tear was covered. We've never had damaged furniture and have worked with Ashley's Furniture for years. We chose this store because they promised coverage for 5 years. It wasn't cheap $400 for the insurance. We found a stain that had some discoloration/scuff. We have only had the couch a month. Insurance denied our claim twice and said "improper cleaning." We submitted another claim and they put "in transit." This company is breaking the law and we are currently pursuing justice . Basically they sell you a protection plan that states it covers all stains. They tell you that you will receive the terms and conditions later. Then in the terms in conditions sent months later, nothing is covered, there is a long list of stains. When you submit any claim to insurance they will reply with denied and use one of the 20 plus fine print that isn't given at the time of purchase (which is illegal) . If you've been wronged by this company please reach out to me directly. I will make sure everyone I know understands that this company is lying to its customers and working with a dishonest insurance company.

At that time, Danbury was still known as "Hat City" for all the fedoras they use to make and sell. Fedoras, whoa! But I digress, Ethan Allen tries very hard to make affordable quality furniture, the old fashion way and for the most part they succeed. We have several heavy, solid wood pieces that we bought back then, and recently added several more to match. Incredible really. Jonathan Leittman worked with us to find and match some of our older pieces and was first class in his service and effort to assist us. Nice! They are constantly running sales and we found it very easy to customize our furniture.

I explained what I was looking for and she showed me various cushions. I could choose my own fabric. She suggested sending her the chair measurements and she would send me information. I would have to return home to measure. She was cheerful and helpful. She told me the fabric was treated and stain resistant. I was looking at a bottle of red liquid and ask her what that was. She told me it was red dye. I asked her for a demonstration. She poured some liquid on the cushion and rubbed it. Then she grabbed a clean cloth and rubbed the stain so that it virtually disappeared. Amazing! The cushions were pricey and had a decent warranty well worth the purchase. We will think on this. Shared parking lot.

Regular prices are definitely quite high when compared to top of the line items from other suppliers. The cushions and chairs are super high quality, but still debating if the quality matches the price. I do like the look and style (and the cushions are super comfy), but I might hold out for another year before making a decision on this. If high end patio furniture is your thing, I still recommend checking them out, especially sale items.

Our salesman followed us, asking continual questions after explaining we were insure as of yet. I know this is their job and no fault there, but I am more of a ask us if we need help, tell us where you'll be and allow us to talk openly with our partner amongst ourselves until we decide. It feels less pressure for me. All in all we left empty handed, but I'm not a posed of buying something here in the future. We just didn't find what we were loving this go round.

Marcos 'lead installer'; refused to park in designated spot to accommodate his large trailer then tells us there's nowhere big enough on property to cut carpet & install! Condo is empty, we are moving into it next day. After calling salesperson about having no idea large space was needed to cut carpet then finally connecting to GM Paula about inexplicable lack of communication on BB part (she agreed), Marcos assures me he can & will cut carpet at Bb warehouse then return within an hour or so & install master bedroom carpet. Installers leave & never return. I spent hours proactively following up on where Marcos was only to be told by Chris (Marcos supervisor) he allowed Marcos to go home b/c Marcos wasn't satisfied with designated parking spot! Said he felt it was "a hostile work environment." every vendor has parked there; no vendor ever complained nor refused to park there. Marcos lied to me about completing job, Chris complicit in this lie. I prepaid thousands of dollars to have a subcontractor take it upon himself to walk off the job b/c he 'didn't want to get another ticket from the police' (parking spot 100% legit/legal numerous people from management team trying to accommodate him). Paula & Chris then assure me that carpet CAN be pre cut at warehouse. After a very long & exhausting move, Paula at BB did a 180 by denying they ever told me this saying "no one at Baker Brothers from salesperson to scheduler to Paula to installer was aware nor educated on the type of carpeting I ordered...sorry." Paula repeatedly dismissed that Marcos lied to me/blew us off. Ended with passive aggressive 'we apologize that you're feeling frustrated.' No accountability on BB part. Refuse to reimburse me...keep saying I have to find a space on property for them to cut carpet!! Paula & Chris refuse to tour property themselves despite 2 invites to do so. Local media (ABC/FOX) doing investigative piece on Baker Brothers unethical behavior, poor customer service and questionable legal subcontract hiring practices.
