I took my elementary aged daughter for an eye exam and glasses during the pandemic. They were very serious about their cleaning procedure and protocol. I appreciated that as I could see they were not taking any risks. The staff was very patient and kind to my daughter who is pretty hyper. The doctors were also very patient and both doctors met with my kid because of her condition. I felt like they really cared and were genuinely good doctors who didn't rush us out the door. Also, we were not rushed or pressured to get all the add ons for the lenses. It was more of an option and they had exactly what insurance would cover and how much so I could make a decision. The glasses will be done in 5-10 business days. I did ask if we could try to rush it and they said they would definitely try. read more

I visit them ,after the eye test they recommended for me a glasses but after using it ,I found it not good I returned to them they retest my eye and they change the lenses but after I use it same problem I return again to them and instead of apologizing to me they ask me to pay for a new test or to go to another doctor for a new test. don't trust them read more

I visited this office during Covid-19, because I was having some eye problems. The doctor saw me right away, and was even able to get me my glasses that were supposed to take 5-10 days, the next day. We enjoyed our first visit to Today's Vision. As new patients to the clinic, the staff made us feel welcomed upon arriving. During our visit with Dr. Hasan, I was impressed with our exam. It was refreshing to see the level of care Dr. Hasan provided to us. I enjoyed how Dr. Hasan was able to explain to us during the exam what each process of the exam meant for us. I never really met another Dr. who gave us that level of detail and took the time to explain why these exams are essential. I could see that Dr. Hasan is a real expert in her field. She was able to identify what may have been causing dryness in my son's eyes without us telling her our habits. Lastly, I love how the office takes the time to explain what my plan covers. My plan is unique and has a lot of benefits. Many offices miss the extra benefit my plan offers, which leads me to ask staff members to reverify the plan coverage with my carrier. The staff members at Today's Vision had all my information printed and went over all of my plan's benefits seamlessly. This is the one doctor's visit I don't mind, and I have been to A LOT of doctors. The staff here are always welcoming and friendly, and I love the bright atmosphere of the office. Dr. Le is equally a pleasure to be around. He takes the time to answer my questions, and help me feel at ease. I never feel like I am being rushed. He even pointed out my astigmatism that I never knew I had after going to my previous doctor for seven years! When I needed new glasses, the staff helped me choose the best frame for my face. I was happy to see they offered Prada, Gucci, Versace, and Tom Ford, just to name a few. I ended up choosing Versace, and it came in less than a week! My eyes are difficult to get right. Dr. Le worked closely with me and allowed me to try different contacts to get the right fit for me. He was also open to trying something a bit unconventional when I shared with him what my brother wore because we have similar sight challenges. After searching through my insurance plan doctors I selected Today's Vision due to the other great reviews and proximity to my house (less than 5 minutes). I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the office and how they clean the chairs and machines in front of you, which helps to relieve any anxiety. I had my visit with Dr. Hasan and she was soOo nice and very thorough! She discussed my eye health and the overall eye/systemic link which was very much appreciated. Let me start by saying I dread going to the eye doctor. I'd much rather have any doctor's visit over the eye doctor. I have super sensitive eyes and don't like all of the testing. But the staff at Today's Vision was absolutely amazing! Dr. Rishan Hasan was super thorough and friendly and really explained everything to me. She also gave me some warning signs to look for with regards to my eye health. Most importantly, she was extremely personable while being professional. I have a ton of questions and I usually don't have much comfort when it comes to contact lenses. She made sure to answer all of my questions and recommend lenses perfect for my eyes. I have no doubt her patients love being seen by her. Marybel was great working with my insurance to see different options with contacts and glasses. Great great place! I recommend Dr. Le for adults and for kids! Took my 6 year old for an eye exam and was able to order his glasses the same day. They where vey patient with him staff and doctor, making him laugh with sweet comments and gestures. We ordered his glasses Wednesday morning and his glasses where ready the next day in the PM. Mine where Prada but only took 5 business days to have both lends and frames ready! My husband also got his contacts exam and they where great with him as well! Wow where do I even begin?! Today's Vision on Fry Rd felt like walking into open arms. The staff and the place is extremely clean! They have different cups of clean/ dirty pens. As a new patient, I waited about 5 minutes to see the optometrist! The environment these people have feel like you're at home. They're the sweetest and the most patient people you will ever come across! I'm usually nervous to tell the optometrist while taking the eye exam "Oh lens 2 looked better, can we go back?", but not here! She wanted the absolute best for me and it's exactly what I got. After that I talked to Ms. Maribel to explain to me my choices and plans that work with me. She helped me pick out what glasses looked good on me! I asked her for her opinion and gave me the honest truth which is what I was looking for. I am so indecisive and she helped me choose what glasses fits best for me. I have definitely found my new optometrist! I needed to use my 2017 vision benefits and like many people waited until the last possible day. I was able to call and schedule an appointment that same day. The office is very modern and has all of the newest technology. The staff is very attentive and professional. Dr. Le was awesome! He was very thorough and took his time to educate me to better understand my vision and when I should wear my glasses. When it came time to order glasses I wanted a specific frame they did not offer. Dr. Le and his team made sure they ordered my preferred frames without hesitation. I received my glasses about a week and a half later and they were perfect. I have to say that the prescription was the most spot on I've had. A few days after picking up my frames Dr. Le personally called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. I would definitely recommend Dr. Le to my friends. He really cares about his patients. He called patients personally to check on how they like their glasses/ contact lenses instead of asking his staffs to call. I told Dr. Le that I usually ordered my contact lenses online because it was cheaper (I'm a student so I want to save as much as possible). He said he could offer a lower price or at least match the price. He gave me couple of options based on my references. Dailies 1 day and Acuvue 1 day ( this's the brand that i use). I went ahead and tried Dailies because I heard a lot of good reviews about it, and it is cheaper than Acuvue. However, my eyes did not like this brand. He called me to see if the new contact lenses work, and I told him the problem. He accepted my return and placed a new order for me. Another issue is I could not pick up these contact lenses soon because some of the freeways still closed for repairing because of the Harvey hurricane. My husband picked up my contact lenses for me, and it took him 3 hours from Dr Le office to my house (normally, it takes only 30 mins). Dr Le told me not to worry about that because he would ship my contact lenses to my house. He is such an awesome doctor!!!! He will be my eye doctor from now on. His office looks nice and clean. His staffs are friendly. I believe he deserves a Five Stars. read more
