After reading about Tulsa Style services, I called and Jenny asked me three questions about what I needed and told me Teresa was the best for foils and cutting Bob hairstyles. I originally reviewed this business due to the quick response, but have changed my review to reflect the bad experience I had with the coloring of my hair that changed my hair to a brassy orange color, with a dark color in stripes as a correction, when I requested foils on the crown of the head for grow out only. Perhaps a misunderstanding and thankfully not one that I needed to live with for too long, but the cost of this experience and the cost to have someone else correct and restore the damaged hair safely, has been an expensive lesson.
